Research On Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Public Opinion Control In Yancheng Economic Technological Development Zone

With the development of the Internet,the Internet has become the most important way for people to receive and express information.Therefore,the original network public opinion is only a form of social public opinion,but now,Internet environment makes Internet public opinion the most important carrier of social public opinion.The characteristics of network public opinion,such as complexity,diversity,wide dissemination and fast broadcasting,also make it very difficult for the government to manage it.On the one hand,False information can be widely spread,especially for government departments,which seriously affects the credibility of the government and even national security;On the other hand,people are more willing to release their demands through the convenient way of the Internet,which requires the government departments to obtain the demands,give feedback and respond in time,which has also brought great changes to the working mode of government departments in dealing with mass problems.Therefore,it is imperative to study the control of government departments over online public opinion.Taking Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone for example,this paper takes "silent spiral theory","media theory" and "public crisis management theory" as theoretical basis,adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,investigation and case analysis to investigate the organizational structure of the network public opinion response department in this area,and the network public opinion monitoring and reporting of network management office It is found that the network public opinion team of Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone has insufficient security of network public opinion team,lack of network public opinion early warning mechanism,different attitudes of other departments to public opinion,mixed true and false public opinion,enhanced difficulty in handling,expansion of main urban area to rural areas and obvious decentralization of public opinion We should improve the security mechanism of network public opinion team,strengthen the early warning mechanism,enhance the awareness of crisis,strengthen the interactive response between departments,add the public opinion response assessment mechanism,enhance the ability to resolve social contradictions,and strengthen the crackdown on false public opinion.
