| Since the term "cultural soft power" was first promoted to the national political development strategy at the 17 th National Congress,the term "cultural soft power" has gradually become one of the hot spots in academic circles.The study of the theory of cultural soft power permeates into various fields,among which traditional national sports is one of them.Dragon boat is a kind of traditional national sports,representing the spirit and value orientation of the Chinese nation.After more than 2000 years of historical changes and development,inheritance and innovation,Longzhou has evolved into a modern competitive traditional sports with the connotation of traditional spirit and culture.It has been paid attention and carried forward in China and even went to the international with its competitive and entertainment characteristics in line with the needs of the public,It has become an essential soft power resource of Chinese traditional culture to go out.Miluo City,which is rated as "famous dragon boat city in China" and "source of Dragon Boat Festival and hometown of dragon boat",has a long history of dragon boat culture,which is the most representative of the development of dragon boat in China.In view of this,this paper,based on the theory of soft power,cultural hierarchy,and other disciplines,adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,field investigation and questionnaire survey,and analyzes the small event of soft power of dragon boat culture in Miluo,and then provides theoretical basis for the sustainable development of dragon boat in China and the promotion of cultural soft power in the future.The main conclusions are as follows(1)Dragon boat culture soft power is one of the important parts of cultural soft power.Its expression is the normative,authoritative and national homogeneity,which is expressed by the core of national spiritual belief and the Dragon Boat Race ceremony.Its content includes cultural cohesion,cultural integration,cultural productivity,cultural attraction and cultural communication.(2)Qu Yuan,the poet,danced to himself in the Huaisha river of the Dragon Boat Festival.The Miluo people,out of their respect and pursuit of Quyuan,skillfully combined the customs of Dragon Boat Festival with Quyuan.This form finally evolved into the Miluo race culture with local characteristics.In the process of development,the dragon boat culture in Miluo has changed in form and connotation.The function of dragon boat culture has changed from "entertaining God" to "entertaining people".The primitive and simple sacrificial ceremony project has been built into a rational cultural form with the core of commemorating Quyuan.(3)The influence of historical conditions,the restriction of physiological conditions of men and women,the level of education,the concern of dragon boat cultural activities,living environment and other internal and external factors jointly affect people's behavior and cognition of soft power of dragon boat culture in Miluo.(4)According to the analysis of the problems existing in the soft power of dragon boat culture in Miluo,the future promotion path is as follows: first,to establish cultural confidence and enhance cultural cohesion;Second,reform the cultural system and strengthen the cultural integration;Third,we should improve the industrial system and enhance cultural productivity;Fourth,expand cultural exchanges and enhance cultural attraction;Fifth,broaden the communication path and enhance the cultural communication. |
