In the 2018 Argentine Youth Olympic Games,indoor futsal replaced eleven-a-side football as an official event,followed by domestic futsal as an official event at the Shaanxi National Games in 2021.Futsal football has undergone major changes from the international to domestic competition system,marking the development of futsal football has ushered in major benefits,like a spring breeze.As an important part of the five-a-side football game,the five-a-side referee is responsible for the development and promotion of the five-a-side football game.Cultivating a team of indoor futsal referees with both ability and political integrity and comprehensive professional skills is an inevitable requirement for the healthy development of indoor futsal.This research uses the research methods of literature data,questionnaire survey,expert interview,mathematical statistics,and logical analysis to investigate the basic status of the referee team of my country’s indoor futsal football league and analyze the difficulties existing in team development.Use the methods of human resource management for reference and propose solutions to the dilemma.Through research,the following basic conclusions are drawn:1.In recent years,the Chinese Football Association has formulated relevant policies in the development of five-a-side referees,and its management has tended to be standardized,but there are still shortcomings in the specific implementation plan,execution strength,and assessment strength.2.The five-a-side league referees have a relatively high education background,a reasonable age structure,and more occupational types,with teachers as the main composition;however,the proportion of male and female referees is seriously unbalanced,and the geographical distribution of referees is uneven.Some referees have executives.The work of layoffs has a negative impact on their own work.3.The referees of the five-a-side league have a long period of judging,and they have a good grasp of the competition rules.They can consciously carry out theoretical study and physical training,but there is an imbalance in the number of referees,and the total number of referees is insufficient,which is not conducive to The improvement of referees’ professional ability.4.my country’s indoor five-a-side leagues are slowly entering formalization.High-level referees in the referee team are relatively good,but the league’s competition system stability is insufficient,the anti-interference ability of the top five leagues is weak,and the top five league referees,league reserve The number of referees is still insufficient,and at the same time there is a problem of the loss of referees in the league.5.The main reasons for the dilemma of the development of the team of indoor futsal referees are the low popularity of futsal,insufficient attention from the management department,lack of reasonable talent echelon,the training system needs to be improved,and the economic and cultural levels of various regions are relatively high.Differences,lack of institutional guarantees.In view of the difficulties and shortcomings of the team,this article puts forward the following development suggestions:1.The management department should formulate a clear implementation plan,optimize the division of labor of the management department,gradually improve the division of labor of the associations at all levels,and ensure the orderly,efficient,and standardized implementation of the management work of referees at all levels.2.Make full use of the five-a-side training syllabus,promote the training of five-a-side referees,expand the base of referees at the grassroots level,make rational use of the role of “passing and helping with the new”,and learn from the broken management methods to build a scientific reserve Talent echelon.3.Improve the competition system,increase the number of referees who can perform arbitrations,formulate regular and regular training classes for referees in the league,build a platform for referees to communicate,adjust access conditions,promote referees to learn English,and learn from crisis management methods.Promote referees to develop a sense of crisis,thereby improving referees’ professional ability.4.Various policies give a certain degree of preference to the disadvantaged areas of the development of futsal.With the help of the influence of the eleven-a-side system,the big ball and the small ball are used to increase the training intensity of referees and female referees in disadvantaged areas.5.Build an Internet+ management platform to ensure the rationality of referee selection,improve the reward and guarantee system based on the two-factor incentive theory,strengthen the connection with referee units,and promote the process of professionalization and semi-professionalization of referees.
