As one of the core courses of university students' ideological and political education,the course of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”takes on the task of improving students' ideological and moral quality and legal quality.As a result of the rapid development of information technology,blended teaching meets the requirements of ideological and political education reform.On the basis of the existing research in the academic circle,this study analyzes the present situation and influencing factors of teaching effect,summarizes the existing problems and analyzes their causes,and puts forward that under the mixed teaching mode,the way to improve the teaching effect of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course for university students.The full text is divided into four parts.The first part is the definition of the concept of blended teaching and the related theory of the effect of blended teaching.On the basis of literature analysis,this paper puts forward and tests the teaching effect of the “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course under the mixed teaching mode by using the humanistic learning theory,the principal principle of ideological and political education and the constructionist learning theory for reference,and the theoretical model of the influencing factors.The second part is the research hypothesis and questionnaire design of the mixed teaching effect and its influencing factors for university students.According to the related theories of the first part,the theoretical model and research hypothesis of this study are put forward,and a questionnaire with good reliability and validity is designed to test the model and hypothesis.The third part is the analysis of the teaching effect and the influencing factors of the“Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course under the mixed teaching mode.By using the questionnaire and using the software of SPSS and Amos,this paper analyzes the teaching effect and its influencing factors of the “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course of university students under the mixed teaching mode,at present,under the mixed teaching mode,the teaching effect of “ Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course is generally good,which can strengthen the students' cognition,emotion identification and the guidance of will and action.As far as its influencing factors are concerned,the interaction of the two major influencing factors,teachers and students,Together has a positive impact on the teaching effect.Among the teacher factors,teachers' professional beliefs have the greatest impact on their teaching effect,followed by their political positions,the influence of teacher-student relationship is the least.Among the students' factors,the students' learning motivation has the most influence on their teaching effect,followed by their learning interest,curriculum evaluation,online course evaluation and learning attitude.In addition,through the analysis of the questionnaire,it can be seen that the students' autonomous learning ability is still insufficient,the online course content is not closely related to the practice,and the interest is low,students can not better internalize the content in the heart outside the line and other issues.The fourth part is the mixed teaching mode of college students “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course to improve the effectiveness of the proposed path.Based on the above research,this paper finally puts forward the effective ways to improve the teaching effect of “Ideological and Moral Cultivation and Legal Basis”course for university students under this model from three aspects: teachers,students and online course quality,the teacher level includes enhancing the professional belief and political accomplishment of the teacher,constructing the good teacher-student relationship,the student level includes enhancing the learning autonomy,setting up the correct learning value,changing the learning way and promoting the learning interest;The quality of online courses includes enhancing the practicality and interest of online courses,improving the quality of online courses,and perfecting the assessment of online courses.
