Public opinion is the sum of various social emotions projected on the Internet.With the help of information technology,once the public opinion breaks out,the negative emotions will sweep the whole society like a virus,which is likely to bring unstable factors to the society.In this context,how to control public opinion and maintain social harmony and stability has become an important issue.The generation of netizens’ emotions is the starting point of the generation of public opinion,and the trend of netizens’ emotions evolution is the wind vane of t he public opinion development.Tracking the generation and development of micro blog users’ emotions in public security emergencies is helpful to carry out the measures of public opinion guidance and warning.Based on fine-grained sentiment analysis of online text,the theoretical basis of information science,psychology and mathematic,this paper analyzes the causes and evolution path of microblog users’ emotions in emergencies,and discusses with specific cases.Finally,the countermeasures and suggestions for microblog users’ emotional counseling in emergencies are given.The specific work is as follows:First of all,taking four domestic representative emergencies in recent two years(2018-2019)as a data set,based on attribution theory,through the combination of social network analysis method and LDA theme model,analyze s the key words of the comment text of microblog users,and constructs the emotional attribution system.The research results show that: microblog users mainly comment on subjects of the event,event analysis,event disposal,social relations,news media,empathy,personal experience.Among these aspects,event analysis,event handling,event subject and social relationship are the main contributing factors of microblog users’ negative emotion.Then,based on the emotional attribution theory,a path to analyze the emotional evolution of microblog users in emergencies is put forward,and the "Guizhou bus falling into the lake" incident is taken as analysis examples.By constructing a four layer Bayesian classifier,the emotional evolution of microblog users’ comments in each life cycle of the events are analyzed,from two dimensions of emotion and attribution,and the key factors that affect the emotional changes of microblog users are tried to find.The research results indicate that the "good" of prayer and "sadness" of victims are the primary factors at the beginning and outbreak of the event.With the clarity of the investigation results of the incident,it turned into "evil","anger","sadness" and other emotions for the responsible person,netizen comments,derived topics,etc.And it is found that the emotion of microblog users will change from the internal attribution in the initial stage to the external attribution in the outbreak period,fluctuation period and calm period.Finally,this paper analyzes the countermeasures and suggestions in five aspects:the construction of public security legal system,the punishment of responsible persons,the rescue and compensation of victims,the positive energy role of opinion leaders,the media position,the prevention of derivative public opinion,and the construction of civilized cyberspace.
