Research On The Participation Of Social Work Organizations In Rural Community Service

With the development of new countryside construction and rural modernization,rural residents' demand for a better life continues to increase,which puts forward higher requirements for the development of rural community services.With the active promotion of governments at all levels and civil affairs departments,the number of social work organizations has increased rapidly,and the majority of social work organizations are playing an increasingly important role in the field of community services.Both the policy and academic circles have high hopes for the participation of professional social work organizations in rural community services,and look forward to realizing the professionalization of rural community services through this approach,improving the efficiency and quality of community services,and helping to solve new problems and new situations faced by rural community services.And then optimize the grassroots social governance.Based on the theory of developmental social work,this paper chooses H institution in C as the research object,and analyzes the process of social work institutions participating in rural community service by means of literature research,field observation and interview based on the community service project of "good neighborly space".From this,we can see that social work institutions have achieved some results in rural community service.But on the whole,the rapid development of social work institutions and the limited effect of participating in rural community services have formed a strong contrast.There are some serious problems,such as the lack of villagers' cooperation,limited service coverage and formalism.Based on the analysis of the four reasons,including the shortage of social workers,the weakness of social work institutions,the limitation of rural community residents' awareness,and the imperfection of government project planning,the paper finally puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the participation of social work institutions in rural community services,including the accurate positioning of social workers' professional role and the improvement of professional ability;Social work institutions should improve the personnel training mechanism and expand the sources of funds;The rural community should change the villagers' concept and create an atmosphere of community service participation;The government should improve the project system and strengthen the publicity of social work.
