The Practice Research Of "Social Work +" Community Mental Health Service Model

With the increasing aggravation of mental health problems,how to provide better basic mental health services for residents in the community,which is the basic life field,has become a problem that community workers pay more and more attention to in the community service.Due to the late start time and weak foundation of community mental health services in China,the contradiction between residents growing demand for mental health services and insufficient supply of community services is gradually intensified.Exploring a mental health service mode suitable for the development of local communities has become an important topic.Social work as a professional force to explore and participate in the community mental health service model,will provide positive significance and value for the construction of local community mental health service model.This article in the "heart bridge project" community psychological fang project background,design planning,implementation,evaluation summary four community activities,using interview method to collect related information,using questionnaire to assess project activity effect,it is concluded that social work linkage medical workers,and community full-time,psychological experts and volunteers provide mental health services to residents in the form of It also finds the importance of social work linkage and the professional characteristics and unique advantages of cross-professional cooperation and multi-party linkage in social work.Then build the community mental health service model of "social work +",and analyze the community mental health service model of "social work +" from four aspects of model analysis,service concept,service principle and practical application.Finally,from the perspectives of management mechanism,linkage mechanism,evaluation mechanism,role positioning of social workers and specialization of multiple subjects,the author reflects on the difficulties and challenges encountered in the practical application of the "social work +" community mental health service model,analyzes the causes and consequences,summarizes the experience and lessons,and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
