Research On Group Polarization Of Emotional Online Rumors In The Post-epidemic Era

This study takes emotional online rumors in the post-epidemic era as the research object to explore the formation mechanism of their group polarization phenomenon.Using the content analysis method,case study method and questionnaire survey method,according to the selected online rumor samples,analyze the narrative strategies and expressions of emotional online rumors,and study the typical cases that cause group polarization in the emotional online rumor samples,and analyze emotions.The causes and manifestations of sexual online rumors in each stage,and the formation mechanism through related theories combined with questionnaire analysis.This paper analyzes the harm of group polarization of emotional online rumors in the post-epidemic era and puts forward suggestions.The main research questions include:(1)What aspects are the content,themes and emotions of emotional online rumors mainly focused on,and what are the characteristics of the narrative strategies and expressions of emotional online rumors.(2)What are the roles of emotions and other factors at each stage in the process of emotional online rumors evolving into group polarization? Based on typical cases and questionnaire survey results,we summarize the group polarization of emotional online rumors in the post-epidemic era.Growth mechanism.(3)Negative effects and governance suggestions of group polarization of emotional online rumors in the post-epidemic era.The study came to the following conclusions:(1)In order to arouse the emotional resonance of the social public,it is necessary to filter out redundant topical content,and use the ontology as the source of emotion to cause emotional online rumors to generate stimuli and materialize.Emotional online rumors are mostly closely related to the public's daily life,and their emotions tend to be negative.(2)Under the closed-loop emotional package of the information cocoon room created by the content platform using the algorithm mechanism,on the one hand,it helps emotional online rumors to grow wildly at a speed visible to the naked eye,on the other hand,it promotes individual emotions to group emotions,and rational speech and thinking to irrational status.The group polarization process of emotional online rumors exhibits the evolution of stimulus-aggregation-reinforcement-polarization.(3)Deepen the thinking mode by changing the reading habits,and seek self-discipline to reduce negative emotions.Increase the way of emotional compensation to warn and encourage other people's emotional behavior.Build an equal dialogue model to prevent negative emotions from causing secondary crises.Online rumors are unavoidable,but the phenomenon of group polarization caused by emotional online rumors can be avoided.Grasping the formation mechanism of emotional rumor group polarization is the essence of building a social integrity system,and it is also a consensus on action to manage online rumors.
