Research On Statistical Measurement Of New Growth Drivers Of Economic Development Based On Multi-source Heterogeneous Data

New growth drivers is a new concept of economic decision-making proposed and highly valued by the Chinese government in recent years.Our economy is transitioning from new and old growth drivers to a stalemate period.It has entered a critical period of accelerated expansion of new growth drivers.In the new period,we will analyze and observe new growth drivers in depth and study The level of development of growth drivers,the characteristics of time and space,and the main influencing factors,with a view to increasing the contribution rate of new growth drivers for economic development to China’s economic growth.This article measures the state of the new growth drivers level of China’s economic development from two aspects,unstructured and structured data.In terms of unstructured data: text data mining was conducted on the government work reports and research literature on new growth drivers in recent years,research on macroeconomic hot topics closely related to new growth drivers,and then provide new Research directions and approaches.In terms of structured data:Based on the analysis of the internal mechanism of new growth drivers for economic development,this paper constructs a new economic development from five aspects: the basis,potential,dynamics,progress and results of the new growth drivers.The index system of new growth drivers,using the entropy weight TOPSIS method to measure the new growth drivers’ level of economic development in 31 provinces in China.From the perspective of macro geography and spatial correlation,the spatial analysis tools such as Arc GIS and Geo Da were used to study the spatio-temporal dynamic evolution characteristics and influencing factors of new drivers of economic development in different regions in China.The main research results are as follows :(1)there is a close logical relationship between macro hot topics such as new normal,transformation and upgrading,new economy,new drivers and high-quality development,which is related to the economic situation at that time and a new requirement in the process of China’s economic development;(2)from 2011 to 2017,the level of new drivers of economic development in China has been on the rise,with obvious differences among provinces;(3)the spatial distribution pattern of new drivers of economic development in different regions of China is obviously different,and there are obvious and stable characteristics of agglomeration and polarization.As time goes by,regional differences show a trend of decreasing.(4)the major factors affecting the level and spatial distribution of new drivers of economic development in China are talent input,research input and scientific and technological innovation.
