Subjective And Objective Control Study On Different Exercise Intensity Of Young Women

Purpose and meaning:In this study,the subjective indicators were divided into two categories:the global index and the central index and the peripheral index.The central index included the subjective feelings of heart and breath,while the peripheral index was the subjective feelings of muscle.By exploring the effectiveness of using different subjective feelings to evaluate exercise intensity during and after exercise,the physiological factors affecting subjective feelings are analyzed,so as to find a more efficient and convenient method for measuring exercise intensity.Methods:A total of 38 female subjects(30.2±6.45 years old,163.3±4.13cm in height and 56.74±7.63kg in weight)were enrolled in this study.One incremental load experiment and three constant load experiments were conducted.The three constant load experiments were 40%VO2max,60%VO2max and 75%VO2max load intensities respectively,and the relevant RPE indexes of different load experiments were obtained.Multivariate repeated measurement analysis of variance was used to compare sensory differences at different times after exercise.Mixed linear model was used to compare each index in exercise,Pearson correlation coefficient was used to determine the correlation between variables,and multiple linear regression analysis method was used to determine the independent relationship between age,VO2max and physiological factors on sensory differences during exercise.The results showed as follows:1)Different sensory RPE differences after exercise were statistically significant.The muscle RPE sensation of 40%VO2max exercise was significantly greater than that of the heart RPE.At 75%VO2max intensity,muscle RPE sensation was significantly greater than heart RPE sensation for 10 min and breathing RPE sensation was significantly greater than heart RPE sensation for 30 min.2)The correlation between RPE and the percentage of intensity after exercise was significant at different time;3)There were significant correlations between RPE after exercise and final exercise heart rate,average heart rate,end exercise oxygen uptake,average exercise oxygen uptake and end exercise lactic acid.There was a certain correlation between different senses and physiological indexes,among which,the heart rate at 10 minutes had the highest correlation with cardiac RPE,the heart rate at 30 minutes had the highest correlation with general sensation,and the VO2 had the highest correlation with overall RPE at different times.4)There was no significant difference in heart rate and oxygen intake at different time points under different intensities.The difference of RPE at different time points at 40%VO2max and 60%VO2max intensity was very significant,while the difference of RPE at different time points at 75%VO2max intensity was not obvious.There was no significant correlation between central and peripheral RPE.5)Carbon dioxide ventilation equivalent and heart rate have significant effects on cardiac RPE.The effects of heart rate and oxygen ventilation equivalent on muscular and respiratory RPE were statistically significant,and the effects of heart rate and ventilation volume per minute on overall RPE sensation were statistically significant.Conclusion:1.The subjective sensation of young women without exercise experience is more sensitive than the change of objective indicators in exercise,and the sensiti vity to the change of cardiac sensation of low intensity is poor,and the sensitivity to the change of respiratory sensation of moderate intensity is poor.2.The RPE of young women without exercise experience is the best evaluation of the exercise intensity through the overall sensation,while the respiratory sensation is the worst.The RPE evaluation will be affected by heart rate and breathing related indexes.3.For young women without exercise experience,various RPE can be used to evaluate exercise intensity after exercise,mainly reflecting the final heart rate during exercise.4.The differences of various RPE after exercise among young women without exercise experience were mainly reflected in the differences of low-intensity muscle sensation and cardiac sensation scores.
