| The vehicle-cargo matching information platform is an advantageous tool used to integrate transportation resources,intelligently match transportation business and accelerate the transmission of supply and demand information.The current vehicle-cargo matching information platform has realized the intelligent matching supply and demand information,and the efficiency of transportation business discovery has been greatly improved.However,it is limited to the matching of hard conditions and rarely takes into account the needs of transaction parties for decision-making analysis of matching results,and lacks decisionmaking support for transaction trader to deal with matching results from the perspective of decision-making analysis.As a result,the effect of matching results and business execution are restricted,and the response time and completion rate of transactions are affected.In view of this,this article focuses on the decisionmaking process of the matched transportation business transaction response,starting from the perspectives of decision-makers’ information processing,decision-making time compression and decision-making preferences,proposes to study a vehicle-cargo matching decision support system that supports rapid business response.Aim to provide an efficient,intelligent and intuitive decisionmaking assistance when making business choices,thereby improving the efficiency of logistics business transactions.By analyzing the transaction process and existing problems of logistics transportation business,the decision-making principle of decision-makers in the process of business transaction response is summarized,and a vehicle-cargo matching decision-maker information processing model is proposed.Based on the analysis of time-consuming factors in the information processing process,a decision-making time compression model is proposed.At the same time,comprehensively considering the information processing and decision-making time compression requirements of decision makers,a decision support principle model for guiding the design of the vehicle-cargo matching decision support system is constructed.In response to the requirement of shortening the decision-making time,a reliable optimization method for key decision support information of vehiclecargo matching has been established,and key decision support information optimization and quantitative calculation have been carried out.By using ISM method to optimize the information level,using ANP method and DEMATEL method to optimize the information weights,based on the information weight results,the compatibility difference degree comprehensive selection method is used to select the optimal weight scheme and complete the reliability test of the key information,thereby the key supporting information for vehicle-cargo matching is determined.Next,from the perspective of information processing,the quantitative and visual expression design methods for key support information is designed.Based on the quantitative results of key decision support information,analyzed the decision-makers’ attention weight and matching of support information from the perspective of changes in psychological preferences when making business choices.The change in decision preference of the latter alternatives is studied and quantitatively calculated by the decision-making field theory,and the individual information optimal and the best decision preference rule are used as the criteria for the decision support system to recommend business plans,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the decision support system to present interface indicators and recommend decision scheme.Combining the principle of decision support for vehicle-cargo matching and the functional requirements of the vehicle-cargo matching decision support system,from the perspective of system development,the interface and functional requirements of the vehicle-cargo matching decision support system is analyzed,the system’s functional structure,database and business process was designed,and the system development framework was established.Based on the.NET framework,a B/S architecture vehicle-cargo matching decision support system was developed by using C# language + Sql Server database.And take a group of vehicles to find cargos as an example to demonstrate the auxiliary support function of the vehicle-cargo matching decision support system for business selection. |
