| Corals are the general term for some lower animals,they belongs to Subphylum Anthozoa,Phylum Cnidaria.The resource investigation of corals around Baiha reef,was surveyed from November 2015,May to August 2016 and July 2017.Based on the traditional morphological classification method,the coral samples collected at November 2015,May to August 2016 and July 2017 were classified and identified.6 species were extracted the DNA of the scleractinian corals in July 2017.The phylogenetic trees were constructed based on one mitochondrial markers(the intergenic spacer between CO I and 16S)of these 6 samples and other 11 scleractinian species recorded in GenBank.The major findings and results in this study were as following:1)After analysing of the existing resource investigation of corals,we found that Line Transect is widely used by scholars.Based on the geography and the distribution of the corals,we determined an adaptive method to investigate.2)Scleractinia resources around Baiha reef.According to the study,the dominant group is the azooxanthellae scleractinian,and the resource of zooxanthellae scleractinian is scarce.A total of 10 species of scleractinian corals around Baiha reef,including Cladopsammia sp.,Tubastraea sp1.,Tubastraea sp2.,Tubastraea sp3.,Tubastraea coccinea,Tubastraea tagusensis,Dendrophyllia spl.,Dendrophyllia sp2.,Turbinaria sp.and an undetermined species.10 species belonging to 4 genera of 1 families.The study shows that C.sp.,T.sp1.,T.sp2.,T.sp3.,T.tagusensis,D.sp1.and D.sp2.are new records in Xiamen Bay.3)Based on the traditional morphological classification method,the species belonging to 12 genera of 7 families.They are Carijoa sp.,Dendronephthya sp.,Nephthyigorgia sp.,Melithaea sp.5 Parisis fruticosa,Anthogorgia sp.,Echinogorgia sp.,Menella sp.,Paraplexaura sp.,Astrogrogia sp1.,Astrogrogia sp2.,Guaiagorgia anas and Euplexaura sp..The study shows that C.sp.,P.fruticosa,P.sp.,A.sp1.,A.sp2.and G.anas are new records in Xiamen Bay,and N.sp.is new record in China.That increases the species diversity in Xiamen and enriches the resource of corals in China.4)Partial sequences of IGR genes from 6 species of Baiha reef were amplified and sequenced.The phylogenetic trees were also constructed based on IGR genes of these 6 samples and other 11 scleractinian species recorded in GenBank.According to the Neighbour-joining,minium-evolution and maximum-likelihood trees,molecular systematics was slightly different from the morphological conclusion. |
