Research On Logistics Efficiency And Influence Efficiency In Each Province Based On Super-DEA-Malmquist-Tobit Model

The National People’s Congress proposes to comprehensively consider the national strategy and the spatial distribution of logistics in each province,deeply utilize the advantages of each province,and combine the existing foundation with the future development of each province,thereby clarifying the functional position of provincial logistics.The practical application of logistics in society depends on the effective evaluation and analysis of its efficiency.To deeply study the logistics efficiency of various areas in China,this work measured the logistics efficiency of 31 provinces and provided specific suggestions for improvement.And the main research work of this work is as follows:In order to measure and evaluate the logistics efficiency of different provinces in the past ten years,we firstly collected statistics on logistics-related data of each province and used the super-efficiency-DEA model to perform static analysis on these statistics.After obtaining the ranking lists of provinces under scale efficiency,technical efficiency and pure efficiency,we then reported a dynamic analysis on them by using the Malmquist index method for more clearly revealing the change trend and fluctuation in the past ten years.Technically,through the horizontal comparison,the difference of the logistics efficiency of each province in unit time can be obtained;through the vertical comparison,the change trend of the logistics efficiency of a province in a certain period of time can be obtained.After that,we regarded the obtained results as the dependent variable to further analyze the factors that affect the logistics efficiency.For obtaining the influence degree of related factors on logistics efficiency,the Tobit model was established primarily and the Hausman test was used to determine the fixed effects afterwards.The regression analysis was provided then to obtain the influence degree of the factors and their orders.Finally,combing the reported researches,it is concluded that the main influencing factors of logistic efficiency are: the training of logistics professionals,the regional advantages of different regions,the level of logistics-related informatization,the use of logistics-related resources and the level of economic development in various regions.Based on the above analysis,this work provided specific suggestions for improving logistics efficiency of various provinces And the general suggestions for the whole country are also given: The northern region of China should take advantage of Beijing’s location advantage to form a logistics network and develop together.China’s northeast region should improve the construction of logistics infrastructure,and China’s northeast region should give full play to its regional advantages.The amount of goods in the eastern part of China is relatively large,and the logistics turnover should be increased.The southern region of China needs to optimize the warehousing utilization of logistics.China’s southwest and northwest regions need to improve the transportation network and build logistics parks to promote logistics agglomeration.
