| Gomphillaceae lichens fungi belong to Fungi,Ascomycota,Lecanoromycetes,Ostropales.Holotype: Gomphillus Nyl.So far, more than 560 species in 26 genera of Gomphillaceae have been reported worldwide;11 genera and 37 species have been reported in China.Gomphillaceae lichens is widely distributed in tropic and subtropics. The maincharacteristic of Gomphillaceae: thullus most leaves, crustose;green, olive green or grayish green;smooth to verrucous, mostly distributed setae, white, brown to black;apothecia biatorine or zeorine;paraphyses distinct, with rich branches.Asci 1~8-spored,non–starchy;ascospores septate or muriform, oval to elliptic;Conidiomata mostly hyphophores, setiform, with blunt to acute apex;diahyphae located apical or subapical, branched throughout;mostly lacking chemicals;photobiont Chlorococcoid.Foreign scholars have relatively systematic research on Gomphillaceae. While domestic scholars have few studies on Gomphillaceae. This study is based on studies of morphology, anatomy, plant geography, and molecular biology, and comprehensive and indepth research has been conducted on more than 500 specimens collected in the Herbarium of the Fungarium of College of Life Science,Liaocheng University,China(LCUF);Fungarium-Lichenum of the Institute of Microbiology,Chinese Academy of Sciences(HMAS-L)and Shandong Normal University(SDNU).During the research, additional specimens were collected in some areas, mainly in tropical and subtropical regions. In this study,8 new species of Gomphillaceae were added: Calenia crassimarginata,C.occultans,C.pseudodepressa,C.subphyllogena,C.viridis,Echinoplaca infuscata,Tricharia horizontaris and T.minocarpa;13 new records of Gomphillaceae were added:Aderkomyces albostrigosus,A.couepiae,A.papilliferus,Asterothyrium anomalum,Calenia phyllogena,C.pseudographidea,Echinoplaca epiphylloides,E.intercedens,E.marginata,E.melanothrix,Gyalideopsis montana,G.pallescens and Tricharia demoulinii. In this paper, each species is described and discussed in detail, and the genus and species key table is given, and the morphological and anatomical photos of each species are provided. This paper is the first to systematically study of lichens of Gomphillaceae from China, which accumulates data for further research on lichen biodiversity, provides a basis for lichen protection and resource utilization, and provides a foundation for the compilation and research of Chinese lichens information and data. |
