| Today’s world is facing the severe challenge of global climate change, which has a great impact on the economic development, social progress and ecological and environmental protection of all countries around the world.Carbon peaking and carbon neutralization have become major environmental issues of common concern to the international community in the new era.Agriculture is the foundation of China’s national economy.Climate change will aggravate the uncertainty of agricultural production.Farmland is both carbon source and carbon sink.Agricultural carbon emission mainly comes from the application of chemical fertilizer. The amount and mode of fertilization are closely related to farmers’ will, which is one of factors of agricultural production. The research on the influencing factors of farmers’ fertilization behavior based on farmers’ perception of global climate change risk is of practical significance for clarifying farmers’ willingness to apply fertilizer, improving environmental risk awareness and preventing agricultural non-point source risks. This study takes two typical villages in Kangping County of Shenyang as the survey area.Firstly, the questionnaire was designed, and then the on-site household survey was carried out to obtain the data of more than 200 local farmers on the risk perception level, fertilization willingness and fertilization behavior of climate warming. Finally, the data were analyzed in detail by methodology of structural process model and regression analysis,in order to clarify the farmers’ environmental risk perception level and fertilization willingness, and to provide reference for the formulation of agricultural environmental management measures. The main conclusions are as follows:1.Through the analysis of variance between farmers’ individual characteristics and their risk perception level, fertilization intention and behavior,it is found that farmers’ different educational levels have different effects on risk perception level, fertilization intention and fertilization behavior.Different genders only have different effects on the perception of risk attention. There are some differences in fertilization behavior at different ages. There are no differences in risk perception level, fertilization willingness and fertilization behavior among farmers in different villages.2.Through the analysis of multiple regression model,it is verified that farmers’ risk perception level has a significant impact on their fertilization intention and fertilization behavior. At the same time, farmers’ fertilization intention also has a significant impact on their fertilization behavior.Farmers’ fertilization intention is an intermediary variable between risk perception level and fertilization behavior. The research hypothesis is verified.3.Farmers’ response attitude ability has the greatest impact on fertilization behavior, with a regression coefficient of 0.232;and the perception of risk causes has the least impact on fertilization behavior, with a regression coefficient of 0.149.The overall ranking of the four dimensions is: response attitude ability perception > risk concern perception > risk worry perception > risk cause perception.Based on the research conclusions, this paper puts forward the following management suggestions: the agricultural management decision-making department should study on fertilization and climate change, strengthen the explanation of the relationship between clean fertilization and health, increase the risk perception level of farmers, encourage farmers to join agricultural insurance and increase the risk resistance ability of farmers.Meanwhile, strengthen the promotion of chemical fertilizer reduction technology, speed up the research and development of clean and environmentally friendly fertilizers, provide farmers with more choices of clean fertilizers, and provide corresponding technical support for clean fertilization.Encourage farmers to implement ecological compensation models such as returning organic materials to the field, and give corresponding financial subsidies. |
