| Geological disasters have brought huge damage to people’s production,safety of life and property,so the prevention and control of geological disasters has attracted more and more attention.From the perspective of the types of geological disasters,landslides and debris flows account for a large proportion,while large-scale landslide control projects have the largest workload in the construction stage,need the largest and most concentrated resources,and are the most difficult to manage and coordinate.In view of the imperfect risk management system in the current land disaster projects,the research on risk management in the construction stage of large-scale landslide prevention and control projects has important practical significance.This paper takes the risk management of the construction phase of the large-scale landslide control project A which is in the charge of J Company as the research object.From the perspective of the construction enterprise,the main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the paper introduces the current basic situation of the occurrence and prevention and control of geological disasters in China,points out the significance of the research,and analyze the characteristics and common control methods of large-scale landslide control projects on the basis of consulting about geological disaster risk management at home and abroad.Secondly,taking the large-scale landslide control project A as a specific example,after an introduction of the project overview and management status,the paper decomposes the project management organizational structure and engineering operation structure by WBS method.Then,it takes the Delphi method,in which experienced experts were selected to identify the risk factors in the construction stage through multiple rounds,and the risk factor achievement table of the project was obtained.By this method,8 types of risk types and 30 risk factors in total are got.Thirdly,on the basis of risk identification,the paper evaluates the risk and assesses the risk level by subjective scoring method.Fourthly,Combined with the actual situation of the project,the paper puts forward reasonable risk response strategies and specific risk response measures for risk factors such as lack of safety knowledge and illegal operations by construction personnel,non-construction in accordance with specifications or standards and so on.In this paper,the research on the risk management during the construction phase of this large-scale landslide control project A aims to avoid the project losses and secondary geological disasters caused by the inadequate risk management and control of J Company during the construction process.Furthermore,the risk management methods and countermeasures in the case have reference significance for the risk management of other landslide projects. |
