With the continuous economic development of all countries in the world,the continuous deterioration of the environment and the continuous depletion of resources have come with it.As an existing renewable energy source,wave energy has great potential for development.Aiming at the development and utilization of wave energy,a two-body mechanical wave energy power generation device is designed in this paper.The main contents are as follows:(1)Firstly,the overall design of the device is given.Secondly,the frequency domain analysis of the float is carried out based on the micro-wave theory.The influence of the shape,draft and diameter of the float on the hydrodynamic parameters of the float is analyzed by AQWA software.Finally,the formula of the float average captured power under the free system without PTO is deduced,and the floating float is selected from the two aspects of capture power and stability.(2)Based on the overall dynamic model of the double-body mechanical wave power generation device,the dynamic analysis of the ordinary PTO system and the PTO system with mechanical motion rectifier(MMR)is carried out respectively.Through the dynamic model of the ordinary PTO system,the underwater floating body is analyzed,selected,and the optimal PTO parameters are determined;through the dynamic analysis of the PTO system with MMR,the dynamic characteristics,optimal design parameters and structural design of the MMR system are obtained.(3)According to the obtained structural design basis,the parts selection and structure design of the double-body mechanical wave energy power generation device are carried out,respectively,the design of the connection between the float and the PTO,the design of the ball screw module,the design of the mechanical rectifier module,and the design of the auxiliary device.(4)In order to enable the device to obtain the optimal power under different sea conditions,firstly,the optimal damping analysis of the double-body mechanical wave energy power generation device was carried out.Secondly,based on the disturbance observation method,the maximum power point tracking algorithm is designed,and the disturbance misjudgment analysis is carried out.Based on the misjudgment principle,an algorithm with disturbance misjudgment correction is designed,so that the algorithm can cope with the disturbance caused by the sudden change of sea conditions.Finally,the simulation under a single sea state is compared with the maximum power obtained in the previous article,which verifies the correctness of the algorithm.When there is a sudden change in the sea state,the simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the maximum power point tracking control algorithm with interference misjudgment correction.
