| In order to promote economic and social development and the transfer of rural populations to the cities,the government has vigorously pursued the construction of new urban areas and industrial parks,accompanied by an increase in the number of concentrated water use areas.The emergence of new centralised water use areas has upset the original water balance,characterised by the concentration of water use,the concentration of industrial production and the high water demand.In the process of developing and constructing new centralised water areas,the sustainable guarantee of water resources is a key aspect,which must be proven by scientific and technical means,and on this premise,and under the premise of reasonable planning,to ensure the reasonable use of water resources.However,the research theories on the sustainable protection of water resources in new centralised water use areas at home and abroad are not yet perfect.From the perspective of the pre-determined argumentation,the analysis and study of the Qing’an Economic Development Zone as an example can provide reference and reference for other similar issues.The following conclusions were reached:(1)The main characteristics of sustainable water resources security in new centralised water use areas are clarified,relevant concepts are elucidated,relevant theoretical combinations and evaluation methods are discussed,and the significance of research on sustainable water resources security in new centralised water use areas is revealed.(2)Analysed the natural geography,socio-economic and hydrological profile of Qing’an County,and made a preliminary selection of water resources in the area,determining that groundwater and surface water sources should not be chosen as the main source of water for production in the Qing’an County Economic Development Zone,and formulating a combination of groundwater and recycled water and a long-term replacement water intake plan.(3)Based on the basic situation of the example,the distribution of the plant,the current development,the target positioning and the future planning,the analysis of the reasonableness of the near and long-term water demand prediction and the impact of water withdrawal was completed.The results show that the water demand in the example area is 2,221,100 m3 in the planning level year 2025;and 2,516,300 m3 in the planning level year 2035.(4)Research based on water demand forecasting in the Qing’an Development Zone.Through dynamic planning for water source comparison work,scientific formulation of the planned water resources allocation scheme for the Economic Development Zone,comprehensive analysis of the impact of the scheme’s implementation,and a complete study of sustainable water resources protection for the new centralised water use area.The model was constructed with an eye to the overall situation and fundamental nature of water resources issues.Based on the planning of the new centralised water use example areas,the horizontal year,regional characteristics and water use forecasts,and after water source comparison and impact analysis of the example areas,a sustainable water resource security plan for the new centralised water use areas was demonstrated. |
