Research On Spatial Identification And Layout Optimization Of Rizhao Coastal Recreation And Business District (RBD

Urban Recreational Business District(RBD)provides activities that are different from other urban functions,while attracting tourists and local residents.An in-depth study of the spatial distribution and formation mechanism of RBD helps to understand the relationship between recreation,tourism and commercial functions and other urban functions,helps to explore the status and spatial layout characteristics of RBD in urban planning,and discusses how RBD can reasonably plan and layout.This study takes the coastal area of Rizhao City as an example,and follows the overall research idea of "Identification of Rizhao Coastal RBD-Distribution Study-Formation Factor Analysis-Optimization Planning Suggestions".Based on the relevant POI data,road vector data,grid(population,economy)data,etc.of Rizhao coastal tourism,it uses the kernel density analysis method and the nearest neighbor index method spatial correlation analysis method to identify the main spatial distribution structure of RBD Concentrated distribution areas,and conducted multi-angle impact factor analysis.The research results include:(1)Identified the spatial distribution of POI in Rizhao Coastal Recreational and Commercial District.The spatial distribution of elements in Rizhao Coastal Recreation and Business District is prominent along the transportation line,but the overall spatial integration is low: catering services are mainly concentrated in the west,while accommodation is mainly concentrated in the north and east,forming a spatial deviation between catering and accommodation;Shopping services are mainly concentrated in the central and southern regions,forming a spatial deviation between shopping and accommodation;Tourist attractions are scattered along the eastern coast,while leisure and entertainment are scattered in the central and southern regions,forming a spatial deviation between scenic spots and entertainment.In terms of transportation,the distribution in the region is relatively balanced and the density is relatively high,indicating that the construction of Rizhao tourism transportation has brought greater impetus to tourism development.However,the deviation in spatial distribution of catering,accommodation,shopping,scenic spots,and entertainment has played a certain restrictive role in the development of coastal recreational activities in Rizhao City.(2)The spatial correlation and contribution of the commercial POI for Rizhao coastal recreation are objectively revealed.Shopping,catering,and transportation contribute the most to the overall recreational and commercial space;The trend of accommodation services and leisure entertainment is towards RBD centers;The spatial distribution of tourist attractions deviates significantly from the overall RBD,and a large-scale RBD has not been formed in important tourist attractions,resulting in a large contribution potential of tourist attractions.(3)A systematic analysis of the spatial distribution of POI in Rizhao Coastal Recreational and Commercial Area and its core density hot spot area was conducted.The Haina Shijiu market area serves permanent residents and is relatively low-end;The Vientiane Hui-Wanda Business District serves both permanent residents and business tourists,with a mature comprehensive commercial physique;The University Town area mainly serves students on campus,with a small,comprehensive and centralized scope;Coastal hotspots are scattered,high-end tourism and commercial services are concentrated in the south,and residential accommodation in low-end fishing villages is widely distributed in the north.(4)Proposed the spatial development issues of Rizhao Coastal Recreational Business District and proposed spatial optimization countermeasures and suggestions.The current development of Rizhao Coastal Recreational and Commercial District has the following problems: The coastal recreational and commercial elements are rich,but the spatial distribution deviation is significant;The landscape city integration development pattern has not yet taken shape;The commercial service capacity of coastal recreation needs to be improved;Differences in the service functions of business districts lead to uneven spatial distribution of elements,both hot and cold;Recreational commercial space needs to be transformed from policy driven to market driven.To solve the above problems,key breakthroughs need to be made from the perspectives of planning,brand building,public service capacity improvement,potential resource exploration,and market regulation,to achieve the spatial optimization and development of Rizhao Coastal Recreational and Commercial District.
