As a new type of business model,community e-commerce has been in the exploration stage in recent years,and there is incentive competition among enterprises participating in investment.In order to enable enterprises themselves to stand out from the competition,enterprise managers need to take appropriate measures to improve the R&D and innovation capabilities of community e-commerce enterprises,the most important of which is to enhance knowledge transfer activities among members of internal R&D teams,However,there are significant differences between knowledge transfer within community e-commerce and knowledge transfer within other enterprises.The research and development team within community e-commerce consists of multiple different departments,and each department has the characteristics of specialization and refinement in knowledge belonging to its own field.Therefore,when improving the knowledge transfer among members of the research and development team,enterprise managers should not only consider how to improve the knowledge transfer activities of a single department,Knowledge transfer activities between departments should also be considered to enhance the innovative development of e-commerce enterprises in the entire community.Based on some difficulties and problems faced by the knowledge transfer of research and development teams within community e-commerce,combined with factors that affect the knowledge transfer between research and development personnel,this article uses evolutionary game theory to analyze the knowledge transfer between individual department members and between department members.It uses matlab software to simulate the evolution process and observe the changes in the evolution results by changing the influencing factors,Draw key factors that affect the knowledge transfer of members of the research and development team within community e-commerce,and draw corresponding conclusions based on the evolution results.The research shows that in the process of knowledge transfer in the same department,the most influential factors are the cost of knowledge transfer between members,and the cost of building knowledge network for the R&D team leader.The cost of building knowledge network for the team leader is the key to the smooth progress of knowledge transfer among the team members in the department.In the process of knowledge transfer between different departments,the most influential factors are the amount of knowledge transfer,the ability to finance and create knowledge,and the cost of building knowledge channels.For knowledge transfer between departments,the more the amount of knowledge transfer,the less conducive to knowledge transfer.The increase in the cost of knowledge channels will reduce the enthusiasm of enterprise managers to build knowledge channels.In the community ecommerce industry chain,there is more cooperation between departments.Without the construction of enterprise managers’ knowledge channels,departments will lose the enthusiasm of knowledge transfer.According to the conclusions reached,this paper gives corresponding suggestions from three aspects of knowledge transfer subject,knowledge transfer environment and enterprise management measures,so as to promote the knowledge transfer activities of R&D personnel within community e-commerce and further promote the innovative development of community e-commerce.
