| Energy is an important material foundation for the survival and development of human society, and is the lifeline of China’s economic development. This article takes the energy system as the research object, and combines the data from the national energy balance table to compile a comparable price mixed energy input-output table. It establishes an input-output price impact model considering the cost transmission capacity of industrial sectors, simulates and calculates the impact of energy product price fluctuations on prices and price indices of various industrial sectors in China.Secondly,a comparable price mixed energy input-output model is constructed to calculate the energy consumption situation of various industrial sectors in China The driving factors of changes in energy consumption and their impact on changes in energy consumption. The research work of this article mainly includes:(1)Considering the insufficient cost transmission capacity of industrial sectors reflected in traditional input-output models, this article establishes an input-output price impact model that considers the cost transmission capacity of industrial sectors. It simulates the impact of energy product price fluctuations on prices and price indices of various industrial sectors under different scenarios, and analyzes the transmission mechanism of energy product prices in China. The research results indicate that the increase in energy prices will be transmitted through the industrial chain, with the secondary industry sector being the most affected, with the chemical raw material and chemical product manufacturing industry and non-metallic mineral product industry being the most affected; From the perspective of its impact on the price index, the price index of production products is more susceptible to energy price fluctuations than that of consumer products, and urban residents’ consumption is more affected by energy price fluctuations than rural residents’ consumption.(2)Build a comparable mixed energy input-output model, quantify the energy consumption situation and economic connections between various industrial sectors in China in2018 and 2020,and identify key energy consumption sectors;Further study the driving factors of energy consumption changes in 2018 and 2020 and their impact on energy consumption changes using the SDA structural decomposition method. The research results show that the energy consumption coefficient of most industrial sectors in China decreases, and the energy intensity shows a downward trend, and the energy utilization rate continues to increase. With the development of the economy, the complete energy consumption coefficient of the construction industry, transportation, warehousing and postal industry, black metal smelting and rolling processing industry is high and showing an upward trend;Other manufacturing industries, metal products industries, machinery and equipment repair services, mining auxiliary activities, and other mining industries, chemical fiber products industries, water production and supply industries have high energy consumption and weak driving effects on other sectors. Therefore, special attention should be paid to energy consumption issues in these sectors; The change of energy intensity, technological progress and final demand change have different impact directions and magnitude on the four kinds of energy consumption. The contribution of final demand change to the change of total energy consumption exceeds the sum of the contributions of energy intensity change and technological progress to the change of total energy consumption, making China’s total energy consumption in 2020 less than that in 2018.The adjustment of China’s industrial structure will lead to an increase in the consumption of coal processed products, but the impact on the consumption of other energy products is negative, with the most significant impact on the energy consumption of coal mining and washing industries. |
