| Marine environment monitoring is of great significance in my country’s economic development and national defense construction.At present,my country’s wave monitoring equipment and foreign wave monitoring equipment have maintained long-term stability in terms of function types.The research content of this paper is based on the national defense scientific research project "Improved development of ship wave monitoring equipment",As the wave monitoring equipment can only work when the radar emits short pulses,in order to avoid staff errors caused by too many shipboard equipment and corresponding operating specifications,research and analysis of the interface of the radar monitoring unit of the sub-module of the wave monitoring equipment are carried out to decipher and Analyzed the pulse signal protocol of a certain type of marine navigation radar,enables the radar monitoring unit to monitor and control the working pulse of the radar.Based on actual engineering requirements,this paper analyzes the radar internal interface protocol and improves the design of the radar monitoring unit software.The main contents are as follows:First,this paper studies and analyzes the interface design method and communication method of the radar monitoring unit,analyzes the communication interface between the radar monitoring unit and navigation radar,and determines the communication protocol for controlling the pin signals that generate the four-channel analog signal of the radar.Second,analyzed the internal interface protocol of the navigation radar and determined the protocol analysis plan.By building a hardware and software test platform,the radar control pin level data after removing the known signals was statistically analyzed,and the radar working pulse signal was completed.Communication protocol analysis.Again,regarding the radar monitoring unit software,this article discusses the new monitoring and control of radar pulse functions,the analysis of the impact of the original software modules and the calling relationship between the modules,and the realization of radar pulse monitoring,based on the Qt5.14 version class library design The control function,redesigned the file stitching module and the interface module,and expanded the function of the radar monitoring unit software.Finally,to test the reliability of the hardware communication protocol and hardware structure,a serial debugging assistant software was designed,which enables the computer to communicate with the radar through the USB converter,and monitors the radar pulse information and sends the pulse control information through the parsed pulse information protocol.It is consistent with the actual normal working conditions of the radar.Software testing was carried out on the radar monitoring unit software expanded with new functions.After analyzing the software testing plan,the best testing method was selected to verify the function and performance of the software.Through the above-mentioned system testing work,the functional reliability and operational stability of the radar monitoring unit equipment hardware and software are guaranteed. |
