With the deepening of the industrialization process,the demand for energy of various countries is gradually increasing.The reserves of traditional fossil energy are limited,and excessive use will cause damage to the environment,so it is particularly important to develop renewable clean energy.Wave energy,as a renewable and clean energy,has become the object of research all over the world.Because of its abundant reserves,high energy density and various ways of obtaining,wave energy is considered to be one of the Marine energy with the greatest development potential.In this paper,a pendulum wave energy generator used in Marine pastures is designed.Its advantages are high stability and easy maintenance.The main work content of this paper is as follows:(1)Design the overall structure of the pendulum wave energy generation device,including the determination of the size parameters of the swinging float and the shape of the wave,as well as the design of the Power take-off device(PTO).The ball screw pair can convert the reciprocating swing into rotating motion and transfer it to the rotor of the generator.The special structure of the generator can make the screw pass through its center,making the power generation device more compact.(2)Based on the linear wave theory,the oscillating float is analyzed in the frequency domain in AQWA,and the wave excitation force,radiation damping,additional mass and other hydrodynamic parameters of the oscillating float are calculated,which lays the foundation for the system modeling of the power generation device.(3)The dynamic analysis of the mechanical PTO system is carried out,and the linear mathematical model is established.The simulation model of the mechanical PTO system is built in Simulink,and the output power of the permanent magnet generator,the motion and force of the swinging float and ball screw pair are calculated,which provides a reference for the selection of experimental equipment.(4)The selection analysis of the oscillating float is carried out,and the float with better performance is selected through simulation calculation.After determining the float,the structural dimension parameters of the pendulum wave power generation device are optimized and adjusted,and the optimal solution is solved by mathematical method.From the above two aspects,the captured energy power of the swinging float and the conversion efficiency of the mechanical PTO system are improved,and the generating power of the device is improved.(5)Determine the appropriate experimental equipment,design and build the experimental platform,conduct the performance verification experiment of the mechanical PTO device,obtain the experimental data and compare with the results of the simulation above to prove the correctness of the modeling of the wave energy generation device and the feasibility of the design.
