With the gradual improvement of the underwater observation equipment system,the use of monitoring buoys has gradually increased.As the most important observation equipment,monitoring the problem of power supply is difficult to supply power,and limited energy supply seriously restricts the operation time of monitoring buoy.In response to the problem of limited buoyant energy storage and difficult energy supply difficulties,this article designed a wave energy power device for monitoring buoyant energy-supply power,which can provide an important reference for solving self-power supply problems.This article proposes an inertial vertical wave energy power generation device to achieve monitoring the self-supply energy of the founding.Based on the demand for monitoring the energy supply power of the buoy,the structure of the inertial vertical wave energy power generation device is designed,and the land test prototype is processed.The measured device damping ratio is 0.238,the damping is 28.695N·s/m,and the inherent frequency is 1.52 Hz.Secondly,in order to verify the rationality of the structure of the device,the relative displacement and power generation of the tone in the predicted device has established a theoretical model of inertial vertical wave energy power generation device.Use the Comsol software to simulate the relative displacement and predictive prototype of the vibrator in the power of the sample machine under land test,and use the Star-CCM+ software simulation inertial wave energy installation system in the 1-5 sea conditions under the land of 1-5.Power generation to exercise and predictive devices.Through theoretical predictions,the power generation power of the device is the largest,which can reach 4.67 W,and the output power of the level 5 sea conditions is the smallest and the power is 0.63 W.Finally,by building a land test platform for land prototype tests,the relative displacement and wave energy device are measured.The maximum error of the theory,simulation and testing of the three is not more than 10%.The test results verify the theoretical model of the inertial wave energy device,and verify that the power supply demand for small marine buoy is to meet the power supply demand for small marine buoy.
