| As a basic strategic resource,Water resources is important for regional industrial production and agricultural work.It is the basic guarantee of regional economic and social development.The development of Economic system also affects the protection,development and efficient utilization of Water resources.The research on the harmonious relationship between Water resources and Economic system is an important topic to realize the sustainable development of human society.Since the 1950 s,the economy and society have developed rapidly,while the shortage of water resources,serious water pollution,unreasonable water use structure and other problems have become prominent.As a large agricultural province,Hebei province has achieved rapid economic development while the water resources situation is severe.The study on the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems is of great theoretical and practical significance for the sustainable development of Hebei Province.The paper first analyzed the development status of water resources and economic system in Hebei Province,and based on the basic data of Hebei Province and 11 cities from2010 to 2020,used the objective entropy weight method to measure the weight,and constructed a comprehensive evaluation model to obtain the water resources and economic system evaluation index.Further,the Grey correlation analysis method is used to determine the correlation degree between the evaluation indexes of one system and the comprehensive evaluation index of the other system,and the correlation relationship between the two systems is proved.Finally,the coupling degree and coupling coordination degree were calculated.The longitudinal comparison was conducted with Hebei Province as the research object,and the temporal changes were analyzed.The horizontal comparison was conducted with each city as the research object,and the spatial distribution difference of coupling coordination level between the two systems was directly reflected by Arc GIS10.0software.The paper comprehensively analyzes the development and change of the coupling relationship between Water resources and Economic system and its internal influencing factors in Hebei province.The results show that: First,from 2010 to 2020,the overall development level of Water resources system and Economic system in Hebei Province has achieved growth,in which the Water resources system fluctuates to good development,while the Economic system has achieved stable growth year by year,and the development level of different prefecture-level cities is different.Second,the correlation degree of each index of Water resources system and the comprehensive evaluation index of Economic system is between 0.407-0.848,and the correlation degree of each index of economic system and the comprehensive evaluation index of water resources system is between 0.445 and 0.787,which belong to the medium-high correlation degree,providing a basis for the study of the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems.Third,the coupling and coordination relationship between the two systems is continuously strengthened in terms of time series changes,and the development relationship of the two systems transitions from "slight imbalance" to "intermediate coordination",but fluctuates with the change of the development level of the water resources system.From the perspective of spatial distribution differences,the coupling coordination level of different cities is different,and there are low development level of Water resources system and backward economic development,but the coupling coordination between the two systems is high.Finally,some suggestions are put forward in order to realize the parallel and excellent development of water resources system,economic system and the coupling and coordination between the two systems in Hebei Province. |
