As an important tool to improve the quality of life of the elderly and help travel,walker aid has broad application prospects in the market.Through in-depth understanding of the development status of walker aid,it is found that most of the walker aid is expensive,singlefunction and complicated to operate,which cannot meet the needs of the elderly.In this thesis,a design scheme of a new type of walker aid for the elderly is proposed to solve the above problems,and research is carried out using theories of mechanical design,ergonomics and statics.In this thesis,the needs of the elderly are investigated,clarifies the functions that the elderly walker aid needs to achieve,and proposes the overall mechanism design scheme of the elderly walker aid.Using the mechanical principle and mechanical design theory,the design of the working mechanism is completed,the selection of the drive motor is completed according to the driving conditions of different roads,and the human-computer interaction control scheme and obstacle avoidance scheme are designed.At the same time,using ergonomics theory and relevant national design standards,after determining the structural parameters of the walker aid for the elderly,the modeling of the walker aid for the elderly is completed in the Solid Works environment,and the static analysis of key components is carried out through ANSYS software.Determine whether its structural strength meets the requirements under different working conditions.Through modular design thinking,the control system of the elderly walker aid is divided into main control module,motor drive module,ranging module,positioning module and human-computer interaction module,and the hardware circuit design and programming are completed.The STM32F103RCT6 microcontroller is selected as the core of the control system,responsible for the regulation of the overall system resources.Among them,3ranging modules are installed in the left front,front and right front positions of the walker aid for the elderly.According to the movement strategy of the walker aid for the elderly,40 fuzzy control rules are formulated to realize the detection of the surrounding area of the walker aid for the elderly.The perception and processing of the environment,and through the developed Android application,the specific location after travel can be obtained from the control terminal of the elderly walker aid,which improves the safety of the elderly travel.Finally,complete the test of each module of the elderly walker aid control system.The system can get the corresponding command feedback through the human-computer interaction module.The accuracy rate of speech recognition in noisy environment reaches93%,and the accuracy rate of speech recognition in open environment reaches 100%.Based on the fuzzy controller output rotation in MATLAB programming environment Angle,to achieve safe obstacle avoidance of the walker aid.Using the designed Android application,the latitude and longitude information obtained by the control terminal of the walker aid can be displayed on the built-in map accurately and timely to complete the positioning test of the walker aid.The results show that the design improves the adaptability of the walker aid to complex terrain,and at the same time completes the functions of human-computer interaction control,autonomous obstacle avoidance and real-time positioning,which has strong practical value and can help the elderly live better.
