| The aging problem of population in many countries in the world has entered a stage of rapid development.Chinese aging problem has been rapidly developed from2015 to 2020.With the strong support of national policies and good market development,China’s pension industry should enter the fast lane.Walking aids are used to help the elderly or disabled people who are unable to walk and walk independently.In recent years,with the introduction of rehabilitation products at home and abroad and the development of rehabilitation medicine,Chinese walker is in research and development.There has been a great development in production,with various varieties and increasing scale,and it has gradually expanded into a series of products.At present,most of the walking aids in China are not classified clearly,the functional interpretation is not comprehensive enough,and the appellation is not unified and standardized,which causes confusion in the field of market management in the walking aid industry,brings difficulties to manufacturers and users,and makes it impossible for rehabilitation doctors to recommend and buy suitable walking aids according to patients and other users.Therefore,the function and name classification of walking aids is an important work in the current rehabilitation medical equipment.First of all,this paper comprehensively combs the walker researched by various domestic and foreign research institutes,and combs and analyzes its research methods and design history.Through a careful study of the research methods of the walking aids,it is found that the current research and development of the walking aids focuses on technical innovation,material innovation and other aspects,and there is a serious lack of analysis on the comfort,safety,use posture and physiological characteristics of the elderly.Therefore,based on the research of ergonomics,this paper specially designs a walking aid for the elderly,which conforms to the human-machine requirements,and evaluates the use posture,comfort and size of the walking aid,and puts forward reasonable suggestions.Secondly,ergonomics analysis of the physiology and psychology of the elderly.With the increase of age,the function of every organ of the body declines obviously,the adaptability to the environment declines,the resistance to disease declines,and the mental state appears abnormal with the original unique changes.a walking aid more suitable for human and machine is designed.This paper studies the implementation of the walker and the adjustment of the seat,so that the elderly can experience comfortable and safe driving.In terms of software technical support,firstly,Rino software is used to build a three-dimensional model and select materials and colors;finally,through the posture evaluation of the user’s operation of the walker,CATIA human-computer simulation is used to study and obtain a reasonable operation Area and operating dimensions.Based on the ergonomics,this paper analyzes the size of the walker,and designs the function of the walker when the size meets the requirements.By combining the function of the walker,sitting comfort and folding mode,the walker can meet the requirements of the function and ergonomics. |
