In order to implement the construction of a high-quality education system,strengthen the main position of school education,deepen the governance of offcampus training institutions,and ultimately achieve effective relief of parents’ anxiety and build a good social ecology of education.In 2021,the double reduction policy and various measures introduced by the state council have received widespread attention.This essay introduces the basic content of the double reduction policy,summarizes the great results that the double reduction has achieved in cleaning up and rectifying the off-campus tutoring sector,and puts forward requirements for schools to improve the level of after-school services.The purpose of this essay is to evaluate double reduction policy from the perspective of residents.Questionnaires were distributed online to conduct random surveys of students’ parents.With using mathematical methods,we analyze the subjective evaluation of parents on the double reduction policy,we get the concluded that the actual effect of the double reduction policy is relatively moderate good.The innovation of this paper lies in the specific operation of Ahp and Fce method in the evaluation of the double subtraction policy.Then We use the ordered probit model combined with behavioral economics to model and analyze the impact of the double reduction policy on online education engagement.At last,we come to the conclusion that the policy has indeed reduced the behavior of enrolling their children in online education,and the actual effect of the double reduction policy is relatively good.
