Manufacturing industry is the essence of building a country,the cornerstone of a strong country,and fundamentally determines the comprehensive strength and international status of a country.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry has been surging.General Secretary Xi Jinping has issued significant expositions on the development of the digital economy,strategic thinking and transformation strategies of the manufacturing industry.The contents from “creating new advantages in the digital economy” proposed in 2021 to “industrial digital transformation” in 2022 is a further extension of the development of China’s digital economy,and also points out the direction and path for the digital transformation of China’s manufacturing industry.Accelerating digital transformation of the manufacturing industry is conducive to transforming the production mode of the manufacturing industry and improving the efficiency of resource allocation,which is an inevitable requirement for promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.However,the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry is a process of enormous scale and system complexity.And there are still problems such as lack of scientific and effective digital strategies,weak independent innovation ability,mismatch between supply and demand of a new generation of information technology,and insignificant system synergy effect,facing multiple challenges such as “will not transform,dare not transform”,so most traditional manufacturing enterprises are still in the stage of digital transformation exploration.Therefore,starting from the status quo and core issues of digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industry in China,this paper uses game theory and computer simulation method as the main theoretical tools to analyze the synergy strategies and evolution mechanism among stakeholders in the process of digital transformation.The application of differential game theory and evolutionary game theory has opened up a new perspective for exploring the digital transformation strategy of manufacturing industry,which has great academic research value.And the main research content of this paper is as follows.(1)According to the research background,this paper systematically introduces the significance,strategies and methods of research,and brings forward the research objectives and innovation points from the perspective of industrial integration in view of the dilemma of digital transformation of China’ manufacturing industry,and analyzes the applicability of relevant theories to the research field of manufacturing transformation.(2)Based on differential game theory,a tripartite differential game model with traditional manufacturing enterprises,digital technology enterprises and local governments as the main body is constructed.And the coordination mechanism between the three game players under the dynamic framework are obtained by comparing the optimal equilibrium strategies,the digital level of manufacturing industry,the optimal benefits and the subsidies of local government under the three different modes of Nash non-cooperative game,Stackelberg leader-follower game and cooperation game.(3)This paper uses evolutionary game theory to develop a two-party evolutionary game system that includes three main bodies of traditional manufacturing enterprises,digital technology enterprises and local governments under incomplete information.By solving the model,the dynamic evolution law of behavior choices of game subjects under limited rationality was depicted,and the influence mechanism of decision-making parameter value changes on the strategy choice of game subjects,and analyzes the physical meaning of key parameters in combination with the actual situation was revealed.(4)The computer simulation analysis utilizing Matlab and Python software is used to test whether the mathematical model derivation is consistent with the numerical simulation results.The simulation diagram is to intuitively show the trend of key parameters changing with time in three different game modes,and systematically present the evolutionarily stable strategy of the game subjects that changes with time under the condition of different parameter values.(5)Combining the mathematical models derivation conclusions and numerical simulation analysis,this paper proposes the digital transformation strategies of traditional manufacturing industry from the three perspectives of local governments,traditional manufacturing enterprises and digital technology enterprises,summarizes the research content,states briefly the inadequacies of the research,and forecasts the future studies.The research conclusions have good guiding significance for the effective promotion of the digital transformation of traditional manufacturing industries,have certain reference value for the formulation of local government subsidies and tax policies,and also enrich the research system of the academic community on the deep integration of the digital economy and the manufacturing industry.
