Collapse geological disasters are widely distributed in China,with high frequency and serious consequences.It is a common and effective method to control collapse geological disasters through engineering construction.Traditional disaster construction management has no longer met the needs of current engineering projects in the aspects of information transmission efficiency and depth of information interaction,let alone meet the higher requirements of modern market for engineering project construction management.In modern countries vigorously advocate and promote BIM technology is widely used in the field of construction engineering,study how to apply BIM technology in BIM5 D related advanced technology in the collapse disaster management,in order to improve the project cost,project progress is an effective way to improve the level of project quality management level and important direction.This paper compares and analyzes the shortcomings of local disaster control in the traditional construction management,and highlights the application advantages of BIM5 D technology in the construction management.The BIM5 D is then proposed as a technical support.The cost prediction theory based on time series prediction and the earning method progress control theory are used as the theoretical basis for management systems.In view of the shortcomings of the traditional management mode in construction simulation,cost,progress,quality and safety,and data sharing,the BIM5 D collapse disaster control project construction management system based on the project data is constructed.Then,the system function and operation process of BIM5 D construction management system are designed,and the cost prediction model based on time series combination prediction model and the key path progress control model based on earning value fuzzy theory are studied in detail.Finally,through the verification of a practical project case,the application process of BIM5 D construction management system is described in detail,and the feasibility of implementing cost prediction and progress control after combining the cost prediction model and progress control model with BIM5 D is verified.The main research results are as follows:(1)Combining BIM5 D technology,theoretical model and project data,a BIM5 D construction management system for collapse disaster treatment project is constructed to realize the landing application of Bim and BIM5 D related technologies in collapse disaster construction management.(2)An improved combined price prediction model based on time series prediction is established,and a cost prediction method based on BIM5 D is proposed to realize the short-term prediction of engineering resource price and project cost.(3)Combining fuzzy mathematics theory with earned value analysis theory,the quantitative description of project progress completion is realized,the method and steps of combining progress control model with BIM5 D are given,and the dynamic control of project progress based on BIM5 D is realized.The research results show that BIM5 D technology can be more comprehensively and scientifically applied to the construction management of collapse geological management,so as to save the construction cost,achieve the construction period target,and improve the project management efficiency.
