Water resources carrying capacity is a necessary prerequisite for the regulation of water resources.In order to realize the monitoring and early warning of regional water resources carrying capacity,a new calculation formula of quaternion connection number adjoint function is constructed combined with the unique advantages of connection number method in solving uncertain problems to quantitatively evaluate the status and development trend of regional water resources carrying capacity.On this basis,combining the adjoint function of quaternion connection number with the obstacle degree model,the obstacle factors that have an inhibitory impact on the regional water resources carrying capacity are diagnosed.Targeted regulation of the diagnosed obstacle factors greatly improves the work efficiency of water resources carrying,which is of great significance to the sustainable development of water resources and the improvement of national economy.Firstly,this thesis puts forward the calculation formula of quaternion subtraction set pair potential,and verifies the calculation formula of quaternion subtraction set pair potential through a example:the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in the Shanxi section of the Yellow River basin,based on the quaternion subtraction set pair potential formula and the idea and method of partial connection coefficient,the quaternion and half subtraction set pair potential calculation formula is proposed and applied to the dynamic evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province.Combined with the obstacle degree model,the obstacle factors of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province are diagnosed,and the following results are obtained:(1)In order to accurately describe the quantitative expression form of quaternion subtraction set pair potential,based on the existing research on quaternion subtraction set pair potential,combined with the unique relationship structure form of quaternion connection number,and comprehensively considering the influence of identity,difference and opposition on the overall development of the system,the calculation formula of Quaternion subtraction set pair potential is studied and proposed,so as to further verify the applicability of quaternion subtraction set to potential,The quaternion subtraction set pair potential is applied to the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in the Shanxi section of the Yellow River Basin.The results show that the water resources carrying capacity of the Shanxi section of the Yellow River Basin in2010 is poor,mainly due to the poor performance of water resources carrying capacity in Taiyuan,Linfen,Yuncheng,Luliang,Jincheng and Jinzhong,so it is urgent to strengthen the regulation and control of the weak indicators in these six regions;The other three regions represented by Changzhi have good water resources carrying capacity.The quaternion subtraction set pair potential can clearly and reasonably analyze the weak indicators affecting the regional water resources carrying capacity and the advantageous indicators driving the development of water resources,which is of great significance to solve the evaluation problems in similar fields such as water resources environmental carrying capacity in the later stage.(2)In order to accurately identify the vulnerability index and dynamically analyze the trend of water resources carrying capacity,the idea of subtraction set pair potential and partial connection coefficient is integrated,and the quaternion and half subtraction set pair potential is proposed and applied to the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province together with quaternion subtraction set pair potential.The comparative analysis results show that the dynamic evaluation results of water resources carrying capacity of Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018 by set pair potential of quaternion and half subtraction are highly consistent with the calculation results of set pair potential of quaternion subtraction;The situation of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province has gradually developed in a good direction since 2013.In the study of four representative evaluation indicators,it is accurately identified that the amount of water resources per capita is one of the main factors leading to the poor situation of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province before 2013,which needs targeted regulation.The quaternion and half partial subtraction set is more interpretable to potential than the quaternion subtraction set,the index identification is more sensitive,and the calculation results are in line with the reality.It provides a new idea for judging the change trend of multi-level complex sets in similar fields such as water resources carrying capacity,and has the prospect of popularization and application.(3)In order to diagnose the main obstacle factors inhibiting regional water resources carrying capacity,combining the quaternion subtraction set pair potential and quaternion semi partial subtraction set pair potential with the obstacle model,an obstacle degree evaluation model based on quaternion connection number adjoint function is proposed and applied to the diagnosis of obstacle factors of water resources carrying capacity in Anhui Province from 2009 to 2018.Through the diagnosis of obstacle degree model,it is found that the per capita water resources x1,water production modulus x2,per capita water supply x3,population density x8 and farmland irrigation quota x10 are the key obstacle factors to inhibit the carrying capacity of water resources in Anhui Province.It is of great significance for the sustainable development of water resources in Anhui Province to analyze and study the diagnosed obstacle factors and their change trend in the past 10 years,put forward targeted measures to improve the water resources carrying capacity,and greatly improve the work efficiency related to the regional water resources carrying capacity.To sum up,the quaternion subtraction set pair potential and quaternion semi partial subtraction set pair potential proposed in the above research can not only provide a new way for the dynamic evaluation of regional water resources carrying capacity,but also help to further improve the quaternion connection number adjoint function system in the theoretical research of set pair analysis connection number,The obstacle evaluation model based on the adjoint function of quaternion connection number makes full use of the advantages of connection number in solving uncertain problems.The diagnosis results are in good agreement with the actual situation,and has a wide application prospect.
