Water resources are one of the important resources essential for human survival and development,and effective research on water resources carrying capacity is a must nowadays,while the evaluation of water resources carrying capacity can provide powerful support for the regulation of regional water resources carrying capacity.Based on this,the thesis combines the characteristics of the contact number set pair potential method suitable for system evaluation problems,which can be used to express the development trend of the discussed set pair system in the analysis of the specified problem,and proposes two new set pair potential methods,namely the five-variable gravitational subtractive set pair potential and the four-variable gravitational subtractive set pair potential,for quantitative evaluation of the current situation of regional water resources carrying capacity and its development trend,and try to combine the gravitational subtraction set pair potential with the obstacle factor diagnosis model to diagnose and identify the obstacle factors that play an inhibiting role on the regional water resources carrying capacity,and achieve the following research results.:(1)In order to dynamically analyze and evaluate the regional water resources carrying state and change trends,identify and diagnose water resources carrying capacity vulnerability subsystems and indicators,take into account the physical significance of the five-variable contact number of component and the difference in the degree of influence on the thesis set on the system posture,draw on the ideas of gravity and damping,and construct a five variable gravitational subtractive set of potential based on the connection number.The five-variable gravitational subtraction set potential is applied to the dynamic evaluation and trend analysis of water resources carrying capacity in Sichuan province and Heilongjiang Province,and compared with the existing five-variable subtraction set potential,the system set potential value and situation of five-variable gravitational subtraction set potential discrimination are basically consistent with the calculation results of five-variable subtraction set potential.Moreover,it is more sensitive and effective in diagnosing and identifying vulnerability subsystems and indicators,thus verifying the rationality and applicability of five-variable gravitational subtraction set pair potential for system situation development and diagnosing and identifying vulnerability subsystems and indicators,and then applying five-variable gravitational subtraction set pair potential in Huaibei Plain of Anhui Province,the results show that:From 2015 to 2019,the overall water resources carrying capacity of the Huaibei Plain was poor,and the water resources carrying capacity was generally higher than level 3.During 2015 to 2018,the water resources carrying capacity gradually improved,but in 2019,the potential value of gravitational subtraction set pair decreased,and the water resources carrying capacity became worse again.The analysis of the above examples shows that the calculated results of the five-variable gravity subtraction set are more consistent with the actual physical meaning,and the calculation is simple and the explanation is strong.It provides a new method of the set pair potential for the dynamic analysis and evaluation of the multi-level set pair system.(2)In order to dynamically analyze and evaluate the development trend of regional water resources carrying capacity and diagnose and identify the index of water resources carrying capacity overloading,the idea of universal gravitation and damping coefficient is applied to the construction of set pair potential.Based on the structure form of quaternion connection number component,the formula of set pair potential of quaternion gravity subtraction method is proposed.The water resources carrying capacity of huaibei Plain is evaluated and analyzed by this method,and the results are compared with those calculated by quaternion subtraction set pair potential.The results show that the two methods are highly consistent.From 2015 to 2019,the carrying capacity of water resources in Huaibei Plain was not good on the whole.In 2019,the carrying capacity of water resources in Huaibei Plain was the worst,and the level of carrying capacity of water resources in this year was close to level 3.Huaibei city,Bozhou City,Fuyang City and Huainan city have many years of partial negative trend,so it is necessary to pay more attention to Huaibei City,Bozhou City,Fuyang City and Huainan city,and carry out reasonable regulation of water resources in huaibei Plain.According to the four-element gravity subtraction set potential diagnosis,the vulnerability indexes that need to be regulated in the Huaibei Plain in 2019 are water resources per capita x1,water production modulus x2,vegetation coverage rate x4and population density x11,and other indexes need to be improved for each city as appropriate.The analysis of an example shows that the quaternion gravity subtraction method has a clear physical significance for potential,and is more sensitive and accurate in identifying and diagnosing vulnerability indicators.It provides an effective way to judge the development trend of set-pairing events,and provides new ideas to enrich the method of contact number set pair potential.(3)In order to diagnose and identify the main obstacles restricting water resources carrying capacity in the Huaibei Plain,a diagnostic model of regional water resources carrying capacity obstacle factors based on five-variable gravity subtraction set pair potential was established,and a case study of water resources carrying capacity in the Huaibei Plain from 2015 to 2019 was conducted.The diagnosis results show that:The key obstacles to the current situation of water resources in huaibei Plain are water resources per capita x1,water production modulus x2,water supply per capita x3,vegetation coverage rate x4,water resources development and utilization rate x5,and population density x11.Among them,the obstacle degree value of water resources per capita x1is all greater than 0.250,which is the primary obstacle factor.It belongs to the sub-system of water resources carrying and supporting force,which is the primary obstacle sub-system.Through the diagnosed obstacle factors,specific suggestions are put forward,laying a foundation for the further development of water resources sustainable development in huaibei Plain.In summary,the deep excavation of the contact number subtractive set-pair potential proposes a new method of gravitational subtractive set-pair potential and fully explains its physical meaning,further improves the theoretical framework of subtractive set-pair potential,provides a new idea for the dynamic evaluation of regional water resources carrying capacity,and the idea of combining set-pair potential with barrier degree model makes full use of the advantages of contact number when solving uncertainty problems,broadens the application field of contact number set pair potential method,and has the prospect of promotion.
