| Bozhou City is located in the northwest of Huaibei plain in Anhui Province. It is not only the birthplace of Gujing tribute wine, but also the largest distribution center of Chinese patent medicine in China. The production water with special water quality requirements such as pharmacy and brewing in the city mainly depends on the supply of pore confined water.Since the 1980s,the exploitation of pore confined water has continued to increase.Long-term high-intensity and continuous exploitation has led to the continuous decline of pore confined water level, forming a falling funnel centered on the urban area(also the distribution area of mining well groups). In 2015,Anhui Province designated the 465km~2 area including Bozhou City as the limited mining area of pore confined water; The current situation of exploitation of pore confined water in Bozhou City, the municipal exploitation capacity is 219100 m~3/d,and the exploitation capacity of self provided wells of enterprises and institutions is 6800 m~3/d;Municipal mining is mainly concentrated in the water source in the south of the city, the water source in the south of the city and the water source in the north of the city. The contradiction between excess exploitation of pore confined water and steel demand for water supply has seriously restricted the development of local economy and society. In 2019,the Yangtze River water will be diverted into Bozhou urban area by the Yangtze River to Huaihe River Diversion Project. The water resources conditions will change with the implementation of the Yangtze River to Huaihe River Diversion Project, and the groundwater development and utilization plan should be responded to;In order to meet the safety of economic and social water supply and the management requirements of groundwater resources, the exploitation scheme of pore confined water shall be reasonably adjusted.According to the water level of the groundwater extraction area and the external water regulation management requirements in 2019~2025,the water level in the groundwater extraction area has not been adjusted to meet the water level and external water regulation management requirements; From 2025 to 2035,the water supply capacity of external water transfer will be gradually formed, and the external water transfer will gradually replace the groundwater and further reduce the mining scale in the restricted mining area;In 2035,the external water transfer will reach the designed water supply capacity, the external water transfer will fully replace the groundwater, comprehensively reduce the groundwater exploitation scale in and out of the restricted mining area, and retain the emergency exploitation scale of groundwater.Establish the hydrogeological conceptual model and corresponding groundwater flow numerical simulation model in the study area, and use the groundwater dynamic monitoring data under the current pore confined water exploitation conditions(2019~2020)to identify and verify the model; For the adjustment of mining scheme based on the current mining project and in response to the change of water resources conditions, the numerical simulation model after identification and verification is used to predict the groundwater flow field before and after the adjustment of mining scheme, and evaluate the change effect of pore confined water level formed by the adjustment,so as to meet the requirements of groundwater management. The research shows that under the scheme determined before the implementation of the water supply project from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River to Bozhou, the central water level in the restricted mining area rises by 3.5m,the central water level of the replacement object drops by 3m,the groundwater level in the restricted mining area rises obviously, and the area with a drop depth of more than 1m narrows from111.16km~2to 62.21km~2;Under the scheme determined after the implementation of the water supply project from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River to Bozhou, the central water level of each water source in the study area rises by 4m,and the range with a drop of more than 1m shrinks from 473.11km~2 to 136.88km~2. |
