| When the deep-sea detection device is working underwater,the selection and installation of buoyancy materials generally use adding hard buoyancy blocks in the detection equipment to reduce the overall density.However,this thesis selects HGM / SR flexible buoyancy materials poured into the interior and surface of the detection device by liquid Phase and closely bonded with the device after curing,which also adds data detection technology,zero buoyancy cable transmission technology and controllable buoyancy adjustment technology.This thesis focuses on the dual advantages and application effects of HGM / SR buoyancy material as shell armor and internal buoyancy adjustment of detection device,and analyzes its underwater stress,compression and impact resistance.The main research contents include:(1)The structure of the whole device and each unit is designed,including propulsion unit,buoyancy adjustment unit and determination of center of gravity.The technology of transmission unit is introduced.The realization of its technology is completed by single chip microcomputer esp-32 and Arduino coding.The coding program includes underwater image acquisition and transmission program,underwater Ph value test program and timing buoyancy adjustment program.(2)Based on the selection of buoyancy materials from the perspective of density and compressive strength,HGM / SR is finally selected as the buoyancy material of the device armor,and its basic mechanical properties and compressive properties in the deep sea are analyzed,including the water absorption of materials in the deep-sea environment,the elastic modulus analysis under deep-sea high pressure,impact strength,thermal expansion test and Phase change volume change test.(3)Prepare the zero buoyancy cable through the process of glue filling,shaping and curing,calculate the proportion of each part of the cable,which has reached that the overall density of the cable is close to the density of water,and test the mechanical properties of the cable,including density test,tensile bending test and suspension test,simulate the stress and deformation of the zero buoyancy cable under the action of periodic water force,and obtain the displacement vector diagram of the cable.(4)The underwater data transmission test and simulation test are carried out for each unit of the device,including deep-sea hydrostatic pressure simulation test,unidirectional laminar pressure simulation test and propulsion unit simulation test. |
