| Marine space is an important part of national land space.China is a large marine country with a rich distribution of marine habitats in marine space.Since the 18 th Party Congress,the construction of a strong marine state has been promoted,and the20 th Party Congress report once again made the major deployment of “accelerating the construction of a strong marine state”,Since then,marine ecological restoration has entered a new stage of development.In recent years,Liaoning Province has strictly implemented the new development concept,strengthened the ecological protection and restoration of marine space,and continued to promote the construction of various key ecological projects,the marine ecological environment has been greatly improved.However,at present,the marine space of Liaoning Province is affected by both man-made and natural factors,there are still a series of ecological environment problems.It is necessary to promote the ecological protection and restoration of marine space,and optimize the ecological security pattern of marine space.We took Liaoning Province as the research object,and comprehensively used the relevant theories of land and sea coordination and marine sustainable development.Based on the current situation of marine space ecology in Liaoning Province,the evaluation system of marine space ecological restoration ability in Liaoning Province was constructed.We used the entropy weight method to calculate the index weight,the TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method is used to study the ecological restoration capacity of marine space in Liaoning Province in the past five years,and then combined the gray correlation method to analyze the correlation between each evaluation index and the ecological restoration capacity of marine space in Liaoning Province.On this basis,the ecological problems of marine space in Liaoning Province are identified and the corresponding ecological restoration strategies are proposed.The following conclusions were obtained: First,from 2017 to 2021,the marine spatial ecological restoration capacity of Liaoning Province has shown a trend of decreasing and then increasing,with relatively gentle fluctuations,and compared with2017,the marine spatial ecological restoration capacity increases slightly in 2021,from 0.5129 to 0.5511,and there was still more room for future development.Secondly,During the period of 2017-2021,the indicators that were strongly correlated with the ecological restoration capacity of marine space in Liaoning Province mainly included the number of direct marine pollution source discharge,mariculture production,coastal port throughput,and the proportion of gross marine product.Thirdly,The potential of mariculture carbon sink capacity in Liaoning Province was huge,and the total amount of mariculture carbon sink from 2017-2021 was about1.531 million tons,but it was still not enough to meet the demand.Fourthly,the ecological restoration of marine space in Liaoning Province has problems such as poor environmental quality of offshore waters,threatened biodiversity,inadequate development of marine economy,and the capacity of marine carbon sink to be improved.In the future,the ecological restoration measures of marine space should be implemented in four aspects: reducing ecological pressure in offshore space,protecting and restoring marine biological resources,promoting the green development of marine economy,and implementing marine carbon sequestration and sink projects We will take multiple measures to promote the ecological restoration of marine space and carbon neutral target in Liaoning Province,achieve green and sustainable development of marine space ecology in Liaoning Province,and contribute to the building of a strong ocean country. |
