Research On The Current Status Of Agricultural Water Resources Management In Wafangdian Cit

In the context of global water shortage and increasingly serious water pollution,effective governance of water resources has become an important guarantee for sustainable economic and social development.China is a large agricultural country,and the rational development and utilization of agricultural water resources is related to international people’s livelihood and social development.It occupies an irreplaceable important position in people’s lives and production.The rational development of agricultural water resources is related to the stability of the people’s "vegetable basket" and the long-term stability of the country.The rational development and utilization of water resources cannot be separated from the strong support of agricultural water resource management work and the policy guarantee of adjusting measures to local conditions.In recent years,while promoting the rapid economic and social development,the Wafangdian Municipal Party Committee and the municipal government have made overall planning and taken effective measures to accelerate the process of promoting water transfer outside the region.By optimizing the allocation of water resources and solving the spatial imbalance of water resources,they have improved the ability to effectively utilize water resources and recover water ecology to a certain extent,and basically guaranteed the current needs of the people’s production and life as well as economic and social development.However,in the management mode There are still shortcomings in regulatory measures and the supply of special funds,and research on water resources governance is imperative.Through investigation and research,under the guidance of water resource value theory,water environment capacity theory,water resource optimal allocation theory,and sustainable development theory,the current situation and related issues of agricultural water resources governance in Wafangdian City were analyzed.Based on the basic situation of agricultural water resources management in Wafangdian City in recent years,using the methods of interviews and questionnaires,we learned that the current agricultural water resources management in Wafangdian City has achieved certain results in development concepts,management efforts,service capabilities,and water conservancy project construction.However,there are still shortcomings in the management of agricultural water resources,mainly manifested in a segmented management approach,resulting in difficulties in achieving management results;Inadequate regulation of agricultural areas,resulting in water shortage and waste;Inadequate regulatory measures have caused serious pollution in the utilization of water resources;Inadequate supply of special funds has led to inadequate construction of water conservancy facilities.In order to promote the rational development and utilization of agricultural water resources in Wafangdian City,based on the practical needs of agricultural development in Wafangdian City,and in combination with the current practical problems in agricultural water resource management,this paper proposes corresponding solutions in terms of strengthening agricultural water resource management planning,strengthening agricultural surface water pipe management and renovation,improving agricultural water pollution control measures,and raising funds to improve infrastructure construction.This study has important reference significance for solving the current practical problems of agricultural water resource management in Wafangdian City,and can play a certain reference role in the development of agricultural water resource management in Wafangdian City.It can also provide some experience for other regions to study water resource governance issues.
