| The multi-level and networked development of urban relationships is a clear trend in the development of urban system structure. However,in the classical urban development theory, the "cognitive view of the place" where various production activities occur has dominated the city. The convenient and efficient spatial connection between cities brought by the time-space compression has broken through the traditional geographical boundaries. The era of "flow definition" is coming quietly, but the "place" has not disappeared. The two are interdependent, both opposing and unified. Therefore, the characterization of urban system structure and evolution from a single perspective has obvious limitations.Based on different perspectives of place space and flow space,in the long terms of research data, city attribute data and enterprise "headquarters branch".Principal component analysis,K-means clustering, modified Gravity model, social network analysis, dominant flow analysis,head/tail breaks stratification and community structure division were used;Combining Gephi software and Arc GIS software, explore the "point line surface" characteristics and evolution patterns under mobile space in 2008,2013,and 2018.Finally,within the framework of "field flow" interaction analysis, the centrality intensity score is used to characterize the city’s hierarchical status. The directed alternative centrality(DAC)is used to characterize the city’s network status, further delineating the types of cities, and proposing regional integrated development mechanisms and targeted strategies. The research results show that: 1)From the perspective of location space, those with high urban centrality intensity in the Yangtze River Delta region were relatively stable, and with the impact of agglomeration economy, geographically adjacent cities achieved agglomeration effects through "matching, sharing, and learning",rapidly developing and becoming growth poles. The Yangtze River Delta region forms a "Z-shaped" "point axis" spatial connection The overall structure of urban clusters in the Yangtze River Delta region is undergoing an evolutionary process of "single center-multi center".Under the organization of regional core cities and sub core cities, multiple economic regions with typical characteristics have been formed based on geographical proximity.2)From the perspective of flowing space: From 2008 to 2018,node cities in the network significantly enhanced their ability to gather and diffuse resources. In directed networks, the function of node outward investment presented a spatially heterogeneous trend.Small and medium-sized cities gain a rising position in the network, but the development of network nodes in a region will also invisibly expand regional urban development differences, and the hierarchical structure does not disappear under the network model.Under the depiction of the first link, urban links embody the characteristics of similarity, proximity, and preference.3)From the perspective of the overall structure of "point line surface",place does not disappear, but is absorbed in the network.A new transformation has taken place in the region. That is,the place space and the flow space need to be re integrated Network priority cities in the region are more likely to gain access to status upgrading channels in the region "Place" and "flow" overlap, and the urban system in the Yangtze River Delta region presents an unbalanced "hierarchy+network" structure. With the dual attributes of place and flow, spatial integration occurs in three dimensions: point, line and surface.Put forward a targeted optimal development strategy... |
