| Quality is the key to rejuvenating the country,enriching the people and strengthening enterprises.Building a manufacturing power and a quality power has risen to an unprecedented strategic height.As a powerful support for national economic strength and national defense security,complex equipment has effectively promoted the construction of a quality power.As an important starting point of quality control,quality evaluation can effectively promote the overall improvement of quality level,implement the policy of "promoting opinions,promoting changes and promoting management through evaluation",and realize the linkage between evaluation and quality improvement.As an important product of high-end manufacturing industry,complex equipment plays an important role in the national economy,and its quality level indirectly reflects the level of China’s high-end manufacturing industry.Life cycle oriented quality assessment will be not only an important entry point to improve its quality level,but also an important problem in the continuous improvement of complex equipment quality.Aiming at the quality evaluation of complex equipment,this paper focuses on the whole life cycle quality evaluation as the research topic.Through the definition of the work of each stage of the whole life cycle and the analysis of its relevance,this paper lays a good foundation for the subsequent design of multi criteria decision-making model.Based on the comprehensive summary and review of relevant complex equipment and related multi-attribute decisionmaking methods,combined with the relevant national standards,this paper defines the work of each stage of the whole life of complex equipment,refines its core work,and designs the quality evaluation index system of each stage by using the combination of qualitative and quantitative analysis method,Taking the work analysis as the traction,this paper excavates the correlation between relevant indicators in each stage,and provides content guidance for the measurement of indicator correlation.Combined with the type of indicator value representation,that is,the characterization of the priority relationship between indicators or schemes,two types of multiattribute decision-making models are designed,the relevant decision-making properties are extracted,and empirical research is carried out in combination with relevant cases,which better shows the scientific nature and application value of this research idea and research model.The main contributions of this paper are as follows:(1)Taking the characterization of complex equipment as the starting point,based on the systematic analysis of the work of each stage of its life cycle,and based on the requirements and objectives of quality evaluation,this paper creatively puts forward the index system of its life cycle quality evaluation and the correlation between the indexes.(2)Based on the research idea of the adjustment of decision index weight to decision results in the relevance multi criteria decision-making problem.The comparison method of rhombic formation pair is introduced to measure the correlation.The ELECTRE decision model integrating the adjustment weight results is constructed,which better reflects the real quality level of complex equipment under the background of index relevance.(3)In view of the characterization characteristics of the quality evaluation index value of complex equipment,this paper introduces the priority function based on sigmoid function,condenses the advantages of the priority function in describing the quality level of complex equipment,and puts forward the life cycle quality evaluation model of complex equipment based on PROMETHEE. |
