Decision-making problems exist in all aspects of real life.The expression form of evaluation information,the solution method of decision-making problem and the determination method of relevant weight are always the emphases of decision-making problems.As a common representation of decision-making information,the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy number(LIFN)can be understood as the qualitative form of the intuitionistic fuzzy number,which has both linguistic value membership degree and linguistic value non-membership degree,and can flexibly deal with qualitative information in decision-making problems.The ELECTRE(Elimination Et Choix Traduisant la REalité)method is a kind of classical multicriteria decision-making method.The core of the ELECTRE method is to construct outranking relations through concordance test and discordance test,and to obtain the order relationships of the alternatives.In this paper,the classical ELECTRE method is extended to linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment,and the implementation forms of ELECTRE I,II and III methods in linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy environment are studied by using the relevant measures of LIFN.The main research content and innovation points of this paper are summarized as follows.(1)On the basis of the existing linguistic scale function,the linguistic metric function is defined.Some new formulae of linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy entropy measure are given by using linguistic metric function as a tool for quantifying qualitative information.According to the relationship between LIFN and hesitant fuzzy linguistic term set,new linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy score function and accuracy function are defined to compare the size of LIFNs.Finally,the cosine similarity measure is introduced to obtain the new linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy distance measure.(2)Considering the characteristics of the ELECTRE I method,the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy score function is used to compare the evaluation values of alternatives to construct concordance set and discordance set.According to the idea of the maximum deviation method,an objective function based on the new distance measure is given to assign the weight of the criterion.The idea of positive and negative ideal solutions is introduced in ELECTRE II method with linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy information.When comparing the good and bad of two alternatives,the distances between them to the linguistic intuitionistic fuzzy positive and negative ideal solutions are used to determine which one is better and which one is worse.Meanwhile,the relative distance is introduced to distinguish the more detailed weak concordance set and weak discordance set,and the weight of criterion is determined according to the entropy weight method.For the ELECTRE III method defined by pseudo-criterien,the linguistic intuitionistic score function is used to determine the concordance index and discordance index of each criterion,and the objective weighting method is used to determine the criterion weight.Finally,concordance credibility degree,discordance credibility degree and net credibility degree are introduced to get the order relation of alternatives.(3)For the obtained LIF-ELECTRE I,II and III methods,numerical examples are used to demonstrate them respectively,and the feasibility and rationality of the proposed methods are analyzed by longitudinal comparison of different methods.In addition,the horizontal comparison of LIF-ELECTRE I,II and III methods is made based on different cases,and the application of the three methods is analyzed in detail.
