Several apartment buildings were planned to be built in a plot located on the slope of a shallow eroded denudation hill in Mianyang City.Due to the urgency of the construction period,the excavation of the foundation pit was started before the anti-sliding retaining piles were completed.Since the construction of the 10 th and 11 th building blocks under construction were near the foot of the slope of the shallow hill,the excavation of the foundation pit was not long.In the northeast side slope where the project is located(hereinafter referred to as the "back slope"),the slope deformation and cracking occurred.In this paper,the shallow hill landform of the apartment building landslide as the research object,the author first in-depth study to understand the sliding zone soil shear strength parameters,landslide stability analysis and anti-slide pile on landslide treatment status,then by collecting data and field geological survey to understand the geographical traffic location of the landslide area,to determine the topography and geomorphology and soil samples of various physical and mechanical properties.The present situation and basic characteristics of landslide are expounded.Firstly,the cause and type of landslide are analyzed.Secondly,the stability of landslide is analyzed and evaluated by qualitative and quantitative methods.Based on the calculation of 3-3 section of the main sliding surface under natural and rainstorm conditions,the retaining structure of landslide control with anti-slide pile is proposed.The optimized numerical simulation of pile diameter and pile spacing parameters of anti-slide pile is carried out by FLAC3 D.The main achievements of the paper are as follows.(1)The geotechnical engineering conditions of the landslide area are expounded through investigation and data collection,and the causes and type of the landslide are analyzed according to the properties,geological structure,landform and hydrological characteristics.(2)The shear strength parameters c and φ of the slip soil are calculated in the natural and rainstorm regime.(3)The qualitative analysis of the landslide stability is made.The stability of the typical slide surface 3-3and 4-4 in natural and rainstorm conditions is analyzed,indicating that the slide surface 4-4 is unstable in both natural and rainstorm conditions.3-3 slide is in an unstable state under natural conditions,and 3-3slide is in an unstable state under rainstorm.(4)FLAC3D was used to establish a false three-dimensional numerical analysis model based on the 3-3section of the main sliding surface,and the anti-slide pile treatment effect was analyzed by changing the pile diameter and pile spacing,so as to propose partial parameter optimization of anti-slide pile under such conditions.
