Abstract/Summary:
Urban and rural construction projects are an important support to achieve high-quality development.Relevant functional departments carry out various projects to achieve the goal of high-quality social,economic and environmental development.The steady and efficient promotion of urban and rural construction projects can inject new momentum and form a strong support for the high-quality development of local society and economy.With the rapid development of information technology,the ability of collecting and acquiring all kinds of spatial and temporal information has been greatly improved,and a large amount of relevant data and information will be generated during the construction and management of urban and rural construction projects.Although the massive project data contains knowledge that can facilitate planning implementation and decision making,it is difficult to efficiently obtain the knowledge required by users from it due to its lack of correlation.At the same time,most of the multi-source heterogeneous data of many different types of projects come from different functional departments,making it difficult to effectively integrate,share and reuse them.Therefore,how to integrate multi-source heterogeneous urban and rural construction project data,form structured and associated urban and rural construction project knowledge,and acquire and effectively reuse urban and rural construction project knowledge on demand is an important challenge faced by the current urban and rural construction project knowledge acquisition.As a semantic network capable of modeling and expressing the objective world in a manner consistent with the characteristics of human thinking,knowledge graph can be used to model urban and rural construction projects and their related entities to effectively reflect the correlation relationships between urban and rural construction projects and related entities,thus converting the data and information related to urban and rural construction projects into structured and correlated urban and rural construction project knowledge.Based on the analysis of knowledge requirements of urban and rural construction projects,this paper performs ontology modeling of urban and rural construction projects,combines the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous urban and rural construction project data,structures urban and rural construction project data from different sources and automatically extracts urban and rural construction project knowledge from them,constructs urban and rural construction project knowledge graphs that support commonality discovery of urban and rural construction project groups,and builds urban and rural construction project knowledge service system based on them.The knowledge service system of urban and rural construction projects is built on this basis,and application modules such as project knowledge navigation,project knowledge expression,project knowledge Q&A and related project recommendation are developed and integrated to realize on-demand acquisition and scenario-based application of urban and rural construction project knowledge.The main research contents and results of this paper are as follows.(1)Knowledge system construction for urban and rural construction projects.Analyzing the current problems and demands in the management of urban and rural construction project groups,combining materials such as county government work reports,national economic and social development plans and city physical examination reports,sorting out relevant fields and topics involving urban and rural construction projects,defining concepts and relationship types related to urban and rural construction projects,adopting a top-up approach to ontology modeling of urban and rural construction projects,combining urban and rural construction project-related Knowledge points and multiple data facts are combined to build a knowledge system of urban and rural construction projects that supports the management of urban and rural construction project groups,to realize the sharing and reuse of knowledge of urban and rural construction projects,and to provide a system framework to support the construction of the knowledge graph of urban and rural construction projects.(2)Knowledge graph construction for urban and rural construction projects.It adopts web crawlers and other methods to obtain multi-source heterogeneous urban and rural construction project data,researches urban and rural construction project knowledge extraction methods,extracts structured urban and rural construction project entities and relationships from multi-source heterogeneous data,associates the triad of urban and rural construction project-related entities and relationships to form urban and rural construction project knowledge,fuses,stores and updates urban and rural construction project knowledge,and constructs urban and rural construction project Knowledge base of urban and rural construction projects.The schema layer and data layer of urban and rural construction projects are designed,and the structured and correlated urban and rural construction project knowledge graph is constructed by combining the semantic features and correlation relationships of urban and rural construction project knowledge.Analyze the spatio-temporal characteristics of urban and rural construction project knowledge,design the knowledge graph of urban and rural construction projects and the visualization method of knowledge contents,and visualize and express the relevant entities of urban and rural construction projects and their associated relations in the form of knowledge graph,and visualize and express the knowledge contents of urban and rural construction projects in the form of maps,statistical charts and panoramic images.(3)Knowledge service system construction for urban and rural construction projects.Based on the knowledge graph of urban and rural construction projects,the urban and rural construction knowledge service system architecture is designed,and application modules such as project knowledge navigation,project knowledge representation,project knowledge Q&A and associated project recommendation are developed by combining the knowledge demands of urban and rural construction projects,and computer languages such as Python,Java Script and Cypher and technologies such as graph database,map visualization and webpage development are adopted It carries out function realization,module integration and platform construction to build the knowledge service system of urban and rural construction projects.The experiments and analysis are carried out in combination with specific practical cases.The experimental results show that the urban and rural construction project knowledge service system constructed in this paper can discover the commonality and correlation relationships among multiple construction projects and effectively support the efficient,accurate and ondemand acquisition of urban and rural construction project knowledge,providing a new perspective and way for the organization,expression and application of urban and rural construction project knowledge,which is of great significance to the realization of automated acquisition and intelligent application of urban and rural construction project knowledge.
