| Objective: By observing the changes of blood pressure,neuromuscular recruitment and subjective fatigue(RPE)among the four groups,static stretching and foam rolling were used to intervene after moderate intensity running and cycling,and to analyze the differences in the recovery effects of static stretching and foam rolling on moderate intensity running and moderate intensity cycling.That is,the study on the different effects of different recovery methods on the recovery effect after moderate intensity exercise.Methods: 40 male college students aged 18-25 years old and not majoring in physical education in Chengdu Physical Education University were recruited as subjects,numbered 1-40,and randomly grouped by random number table method.According to different exercise methods,they were divided into: 20 in cycling foam axis recovery group and 20 in running foam axis group.After the subjects arrived at the laboratory,the first index of blood pressure,integral myoelectric value,RPE value and heart rate was measured for more than 10 ming.Then,after the warm-up for 3min,after the heart rate reaches the predetermined range(60%-70%HRmax),moderate intensity cycling and running are carried out,and the heart rate is controlled at about 70%HRmax for continuous exercise for 30min.After the exercise,all indicators are measured for the second time after the subjects’heart rate drops to120 times/min,that is,the indicators immediately after exercise.After the measurement,the foam axis rolling intervention was carried out,and all indexes were measured for the third time immediately after the intervention,that is,the immediate indexes were restored;All indexes were measured for the fourth time 30minutes after recovery,that is,all indexes were recovered 30 minutes after recovery.The experiment was repeated after an interval of more than 7 days,and the subjects were randomly divided into:20 participants in the cycling stretching group and 20participants in the running stretching group.Each participant participated in the experiment twice.xlsx was used for preliminary data recording and calculation,and then IBM SPSS Statistics 21 was imported for data analysis.Results: 1.The subjective fatigue(RPE)value was lower immediately after intervention than immediately after exercise in all groups,with statistical significance(P < 0.05).There was no statistical significance among all groups immediately after intervention or 30 min after intervention(P>0.05).2.Brachial artery heart rate(HR)index: All groups were lower immediately after intervention than immediately after exercise,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was no significant difference between groups immediately after intervention and 30 minutes after intervention(P>0.05).3,brachial artery,popliteal artery systolic blood pressure indicators: indicators in both groups increased after exercise,immediately after intervention,each group decreased than immediately after exercise,with statistical significance(P < 0.05),indicators in both groups are the same.Brachial artery systolic blood pressure was not statistically significant in all groups immediately after intervention or 30 min after intervention(P>0.05).The popliteal artery systolic blood pressure at 30 min after intervention was higher than that before exercise,and there was statistical significance between the static stretching group and the static stretching group(P < 0.05),and the static stretching group was higher than that of the static stretching group,and there was no statistical significance between the other groups immediately after intervention and 30 min after intervention(P>0.05).4.The diastolic blood pressure index of brachial artery and popliteal artery: the diastolic blood pressure of popliteal artery increased immediately after exercise and decreased immediately after intervention.After 30 minutes of intervention,the diastolic blood pressure of popliteal artery increased compared with that before exercise,and the diastolic blood pressure of popliteal artery decreased compared with that of exercise immediately after intervention in each group,showing statistical significance(P<0.05).Brachial artery diastolic blood pressure increased immediately after exercise,decreased immediately after intervention,and increased 30 minutes after intervention,and decreased internally after intervention than after exercise in all groups,with statistical significance(P<0.05),while there was no statistical significance among the other groups.5.Popliteal artery mean arterial pressure index:popliteal artery mean arterial pressure increased after exercise,and decreased immediately after intervention in all groups than after exercise,with statistical significance(P<0.05);There was a statistically significant difference between the static stretching group and the cycling static stretching group(P<0.05),and the static stretching group was higher than the static stretching group.There was no statistically significant difference between the other groups immediately after intervention and 30min after intervention(P>0.05).6,rectus muscle integrated myoelectric value index:The integrated EMG value immediately after exercise was increased,and the integrated EMG value after intervention was also higher,and there was no statistical significance in all groups immediately after exercise and immediately after recovery(P>0.05).At 30min after recovery,the integrated EMG value returned to the level close to that before exercise,and at 30min after intervention and immediately after exercise,the integrated EMG value in all four groups was decreased.There was statistical significance(P<0.05).There was a statistically significant difference between the cycling foam axis group and the running non-foam axis group(P<0.05),and the difference was lower in the cycling foam axis group.There was statistical significance between the running static stretching group and the cycling static stretching group(P<0.05),and the running static stretching group was lower,and there was no statistical significance between the groups immediately after the intervention(P>0.05).7.Indicators of integrated EMG value of medial femoral muscle:the integrated EMG value immediately after exercise increased,and the integrated EMG value was also higher after intervention.There was no statistical significance in the comparison between immediately after exercise and immediately after recovery in all groups(P>0.05),and the integrated EMG value in all four groups decreased 30min after intervention and immediately after exercise,with statistical significance(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between groups immediately after intervention and 30 minutes after intervention(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.Static stretching recovery has more advantages for lower limb blood pressure changes after moderate intensity running.2.Foam axis rolling recovery has more advantages on neuromuscular recruitment changes of the rectus femoris muscle after moderate intensity cycling exercise.3.Static stretching recovery has more advantages for the changes in neuromuscular recruitment of the rectus femoris muscle after moderate intensity running. |
