Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous expansion of urban scale, some cities in China are affected by flood disasters of varying degrees, and their drainage and waterlogging prevention facilities are lagging behind, the maintenance of pipe networks is not in place, and the drainage and discharge capacity and emergency handling capacity are poor, which has become an important factor affecting the safety and sustainable development of China’s cities. In order to effectively monitor, analyze and evaluate the state of urban development, avoid and prevent "urban diseases",an urban resilience assessment mechanism has been constructed, improving urban resilience and promoting the construction of high-quality development of the living environment. The calculation of traditional urban physical examination indicators is mainly based on statistical data, which has low timeliness and is difficult to spatialize.Based on this, this study synthesized multi-source data, constructed a resilience physical examination index system, used Remote Sensin(RS)technology and Geographic Information System(GIS)to calculate the resilience index of Chizhou City in 2021,and applied the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to an Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)model quantitatively evaluates the resilience of Chizhou cities. The research results of this paper mainly include:(1)Refer to the "2020 Urban Physical Examination Work Plan" released by the Urban Research Institute of Tsinghua University and the SDG 11 indicator system released by the United Nations, comprehensively consider the availability of data and the representativeness of indicators, and build a resilience physical examination index system containing 15 indicators. It includes 3 dimensions of safety resilience, traffic resilience and life resilience,7 elements of drainage and waterlogging control, sponge city, municipal facilities, public safety, commuting rate, convenient transportation, green life, and 15 specific indicators, such as the proportion of urban pervious ground area and the leakage rate of urban water supply pipe network.(2)In this study, using multi-source data such as remote sensing images,Auto Navi POI data and departmental statistics, remote sensing technology and spatial analysis technology were used to calculate the resilience index of the built-up area of Chizhou City, and the index empowerment and resilience evaluation were carried out by using the entropy weight method, and the resilience index of Chizhou City reached 0.5826,indicating that the resilience development of the city needs to be strengthened.(3)In this study, the supervision classification and multi-scale object-oriented classification methods were compared to improve the accuracy of land surface classification, and the segmentation scale of 50 and the combined scale of 90 were selected as the optimal segmentation scale of regular buildings in the study area.Using the technical advantages of geographic information technology in spatial analysis and spatial data visualization, the spatial influence of resources of emergency shelters was analyzed, and it was concluded that traffic accessibility, population density and urban economic development level were important factors affecting the spatial distribution of urban municipal resources.Combined with Python language program and Arc GIS software, the physical examination indicators of some cities are visually analyzed with the help of Internet data such as crawling POI data in JSON format.Figure[42] table[24] reference[76]...
