| With the rapid growth of global trade volume,the use of container handlers in port terminals and dry port yards is also increasing.How to make their operation more efficient and safe is an urgent problem to be solved,and the vision and comfort of ergonomics are very important to the safety and efficiency of driving and operation.At present,there is a lack of special research on the ergonomics of container handler at home and abroad.This paper analysed and researched the ergonomics topics,including the visual field design of the whole handler and the comfort layout design of the main components of the cab,combined with the European visual field verification standard of container handler,SAE series standards of American Society of automotive engineers and the theory of biomechanics and kinematics,The research project is simulated and verified,which plays a significant role in improving the comfort of the driver operating the container handler,and is of great significance to improve the driving and operation efficiency and safety,shorten the R&D cycle of the whole container handler and reduce the cost.This paper mainly studied the ergonomics of container handler from the following aspects:(1)Through the relevant standards of cab layout,the mathematical model of the driver’s sitting body joint points and size is established,the relationship between the main joint points and reference points of human sitting layout is analyzed,and the sitting related formulas of different percentages in the American standard under the comfort joint angle are modified according to the Chinese body size data,so as to provide a reference basis for the follow-up visual field and comfort analysis and research.(2)Based on the eye ellipse theory analysis,the eye ellipse size data is obtained,and the core viewpoint and design method of the positioning of the eye ellipse of the container handler relative to the whole machine are put forward.The whole machine positioning range data of the eye ellipse is obtained according to the driver’s comfort field of vision,and the height data of H point relative to the ground of the whole machine is deduced,which provides a new idea for further combining the field of vision verification standard analysis,and through the driving field of vision of the container handler.The optimized design data of mast and spreader are obtained through the analysis of operation field of vision.(3)The generation principle of discomfort is analyzed.Based on Kane principle,the dynamic model of driver’s upper limb is established.The evaluation model of driver’s joint comfort and the weight of joint comfort by entropy method are studied and analyzed.Finally,completed the comfort layout of the main operating parts of driver’s upper limb,steering machine and operating joystick.(4)Through the relevant modules of professional ergonomic software Ramsis and CATIA,the comfort analysis environment of driver’s human body and cab system,container handler and driving,working vision analysis environment are modeled respectively,and analyzed the influence of steering machine layout on driver’s comfort.Through the visual field simulation analysis of container handler driving,container taking and landing conditions of 1 ~ 7 layers of containers and container trucks,the relevant theoretical derivation of this paper is verified,which plays a significant role in the improvement of ergonomic comfort and visual field. |
