Microsatellite sequences are a type of short series repeated sequences in the genome,which exist in genomes of different species.As an important monkey species,the macaque is one of the most widely used animal models in human research physiology and pathology.The macaque genome is crucial for the study of primate diseases and species evolution.In this paper,the Mmul10 version of the reference genome of macaque monkeys was studied on the microsatellite sequence.Combined with the improved microsatellite differential algorithm,the distribution characteristic map of the microsatellite sequence of the macaque reference genome was obtained.In this study,56562 pieces of macaque genome sequence distribution characteristic graphs with a macaque genome of 50,000 bases.Study distribution characteristic graphs found that there is a phenomenon of microsatellite satellite sequence aggregation distribution in the macaque genome region 6 times higher than the relative density value of the overall microsatellite.Studies define the microsatellite convergence and distribution area as a high-density gathering peak,and obtain 3905 microsatellite sequences of high-density gathering peaks.Statistically find that high-density gathering peaks are generally common in macaque genomes.The study classified the high-density gathering peak according to the type of microsatellite sequence,and constructed the microsatellite sequence high-density gathering map of the microsatellite sequences for the 22 chromosomes of the macaque’s whole genome through the relevant program.The macaque chromosome.By studying the distribution of high-density microsatellites accumulation peaks of microsatellite sequences on chromosomes,it was found that the high-density microsatellites accumulation peaks of[AGmix],[TCmix],[AC]h+m and[TG]h+m types in the genome of macaques were main ingredient.High-density agglomeration spectrum plays an important positioning role in the high-density gathering peak in the genome.The inquiry of high-density gathering graphs can provide important references for studying the structure of the microfinance sequence in the structure of chromosomes and the role of biological sense.At the same time,it also guides the research on the distribution characteristics of microsatellite sequences of other species.
