The most important difference between the digital society and any previous human society is the digital labor generated on its foundation.Digital labor is a new form of human labor inherited and developed from traditional labor,and its most fundamental feature is its concealment and strong erosion of alienation compared with traditional labor.Digital labor is mainly mental work,on the one hand,it liberates human beings from heavy physical labor,obtains short-term stimulation and pleasure from the senses,but the spirit is more empty and apprehensive;On the other hand,modern human labor is highly dependent on digital technology,which promotes the inertia of subject labor,causes the loss of human subjective consciousness and wears out the ability of independent reflection and criticism of digital labor.The root cause of the alienation of digital labor lies in the domination of the logic of capital,coupled with the progress of social division of labor and the shortcomings of technology itself,and its essence is still the exploitation and oppression of digital labor by capital.It has seriously threatened the overall development of human beings and social progress.It is necessary for us to carry out practical exploration of digital labor differentiation,and resolve the difficulties of digital labor differentiation from three aspects: the protection of data security laws and systems,technological innovation,and the guidance of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics.
