| Research purposes: A large number of sports immune research experiments have found that sports training can significantly affect the immune function of the body,which shows that the activity and proliferation of some immune cells,such as T lymphocytes and NK cells,have changed to some extent.In this study,the interaction between exercise and immunity was discussed by detecting the activity rate,proliferation and killing effect of human T cells and NK cells under different aerobic exercise intensities,so as to provide new ideas for improving the immune function of the body.Research methods: A randomized controlled experimental design was used in this study,and 40 male subjects were screened out through the pre-established inclusion and exclusion criteria,and randomly divided into 4 groups,namely E1,E2,E3 and C,with 10 people in each group.During the experiment,the subjects in E1 group took low-intensity aerobic exercise(57%-63% HR max);Group E2 was given moderate intensity aerobic exercise(64%-76% HR max);E3 group performed high-intensity aerobic exercise(77%-95% HR max);Group C was the control group.During the experiment,they only lived a normal life and did not arrange specific exercise.The experiment lasted for 8 weeks,and the related indexes of each group were tested before and after the experiment.Research results: 1.In the aspect of T cell viability,the results of comparison between groups showed that there was a significant difference between the moderate intensity aerobic exercise group and the control group(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference between the low intensity aerobic exercise group and the control group(P > 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison show that the activity rate of T lymphocytes in moderate intensity aerobic exercise group is significantly different after the experiment(P <0.05),while the activity rate of T lymphocytes in other groups is not significantly different before and after the experiment(P>0.05).2.In terms of T cell proliferation ability,the comparison results between groups showed that the proliferation ability of T lymphocytes in the middle and low intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05),while the high intensity aerobic exercise group was improved,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison show that the proliferation ability of T lymphocytes in low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise groups is significantly different from that before the experiment(P < 0.05),while there is no significant difference in other groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).3.In terms of T-cell immunity,the comparison results between groups showed that the tumor-killing ability of T-lymphocytes in moderate intensity and high intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly different from that in the control group under the conditions of low efficiency target ratio and high efficiency target ratio(P < 0.05),while the T-cell immunity in low intensity aerobic exercise group was improved,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that there was a significant difference in the immune killing ability of T lymphocytes between the moderate intensity aerobic exercise group and the high intensity aerobic exercise group after the experiment(P < 0.05),but there was no significant difference in other groups before and after the experiment(P < 0.05).4.In terms of NK cell activity,the comparison results between groups showed that the activity rate of NK cells in the high-intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),while the activity rate of NK cells in the low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P < 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison show that the NK cell viability of high-intensity aerobic exercise group decreased significantly after the experiment(P<0.05),while that of low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise group increased significantly after the experiment(P <0.05).There was no significant difference in the NK cell viability of the control group before and after the experiment(P>0.05).5.In terms of NK cell proliferation ability,the comparison results between groups showed that the proliferation ability of NK cells in the high-intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05),while the proliferation ability of NK cells in the low-intensity and moderateintensity aerobic exercise groups was slightly higher than that in the control group,but the difference was not significant(P > 0.05).The results of intra-group comparison showed that the proliferation ability of NK cells in the high-intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly lower than that before the experiment(P < 0.05),and there was no significant difference in other groups before and after the experiment(P>0.05).6.In terms of NK cell immunokilling ability,the comparison results between groups showed that the NK cell immunokilling ability of low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise group was significantly different from that of the control group under the conditions of low-efficiency target ratio and high-efficiency target ratio(P < 0.05),while the NK cell immunokilling ability of high-intensity aerobic exercise group was lower than that of the control group after the experiment,and the difference was not significant(P > 0.05);The results of intragroup comparison showed that the immunocompetence of NK cells in low-intensity and moderate-intensity aerobic exercise groups was significantly improved after the experiment(P < 0.05),while the immunocompetence of NK cells in high-intensity aerobic exercise group was slightly decreased after the experiment,with no significant difference before and after the experiment(P > 0.05).Research conclusions: Aerobic exercise can have an impact on the body’s immunity,but the effect varies depending on the intensity of exercise: low-intensity aerobic exercise can significantly improve the activity and immune killing ability of NK cells,and has a tendency to improve the proliferation ability,and significantly improve the proliferation ability of T cells.Moderate intensity aerobic exercise significantly improved the activity and immune killing ability of T cells and NK cells,and had the same effect on proliferation ability as low intensity aerobic exercise on the two kinds of immune cells.For highintensity exercise,the effect on T cells was shown as non-significant improvement in proliferation and immune killing ability,while for NK cells,it was shown as significant inhibition of activity and proliferation ability and non-significant inhibition of immune killing ability.Therefore,overall moderate intensity aerobic exercise can effectively improve the body’s immune system. |
