| Objective: This study will collect the data of lower limb muscle surface electromyography(EMG)characteristics within 30 minutes of fast walking at 0,3,6 and 9gradients of the treadmill, and study the change trend of lower limb muscle surface electromyography(EMG)characteristics during fast walking at four different gradients,in order to find a safer treadmill slope for people who want to increase the slope or energy consumption to fast walk. Methods: Methods: Eight male students in physical education college were randomly selected in this study.Using a multi-channel bioelectrical telemetering recording and analysis system and a constant speed camera, the subjects were asked to walk fast for 30 minutes at 0,3,6,and 9 gradients of the treadmill. The speed was controlled at 5.5 km/h.The gluteus maximus, lateral thigh, medial thigh, rectus femoris, and gastrocnemius muscles were collected at 0,10,20,and 30 minutes respectively Integrated electromyography(IEMG),root mean square amplitude(RMS),and mean power frequency(MPF)of external gastrocnemius and anterior tibial muscles within 10 s.The collection frequency of EMG signal is 1000 HZ.A complete gait cycle is intercepted from the video taken by a constant speed camera, and the corresponding EMG data is extracted.IEMG,RMS,and MPF are standardized on Matlab, and then time domain and frequency domain indicators are analyzed. Results: 1.At different slopes and at the same time, the IEMG values of lower limb muscle surface have certain differences at different time points.(1)At 0 minute, the integrated EMG value of medial femoris muscle at 3 and 9 gradients was significantly different, and IEMG value decreased with time, and the coordination ratio was less than 1.Overall,the coordination ratio of 6 grades is the lowest;(2)At 10 minutes, the IEMG value of medial femoris muscle was significantly different between slope 3 and slope 9.The gastrocnemius muscle was also significantly different between slope 0 and slope 3.The coordination ratio between slope 0 and slope 3 was close to 1.(3)At 20 minutes, there was a significant difference between the inner and outer thigh muscles at 0 slope and 3 slope and 9slope,and the coordination ratio was close to 1 at 6 slope and 9 slope.(4)At 30 minutes, there was a significant difference between 0 gradient and 6 gradient in the medial thigh muscle, and the coordination ratio of 3 gradient and 6 gradient was close to 1.2.30 minutes of fast walking at the same slope and 30 minutes of fast walking at the same slope:(1)At 0 slope, the lateral thigh muscle showed significant difference between 0 min and 10 min,10 min and20 min(P<0.05);The rectus femoris had significant difference between 0 min and 30 min(P<0.05).(2)There was a significant difference between the IEMG values of the external gastrocnemius muscle at 0 min and 20 min(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the IEMG values of the external gastrocnemius muscle at 10 min and 20 min(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the IEMG values of the gastrocnemius muscle at 0 min and 20 min(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the IEMG values of the gastrocnemius muscle at 10 min and 20 min(P<0.05).(3)The IEMG values of gluteus maximus at 20 minutes and 30 minutes at 6 gradients were significantly different(P<0.05).The IEMG value of medial thigh muscle at 0 min and 10 min was significant(P<0.05).The biceps femoris had significant difference between 0 minutes and 20minutes(P<0.05).The external gastrocnemius had significant difference between 10 minutes and 20 minutes(P<0.05).(4)At 9 gradient, the biceps femoris had significant difference in the comparison of IEMG values at 0 min and 10 min(P<0.05),and also had significant difference in the comparison of IEMG values at 10 min and 20 min(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the IEMG values of tibialis anterior muscle at 20 minutes and30 minutes(P<0.05).Conclusion: 1.The IEMG values of femoris medial and lateral muscles were opposite no matter at which slope of the treadmill.2.The overall trend of MPF decreases when slope is applied, while the overall trend of MPF increases when slope is applied.3.The lower leg muscles will gradually participate in the exercise with the increase of time and slope, and the force of gluteus maximus will be transferred to the medial and lateral muscles of femoris and the medial and lateral muscles of gastrocnemius.4.When the slope was only 6,the coordination ratio showed a downward trend after 10 minutes, indicating that the activation intensity of vastus medialis was less than that of vastus lateralis.5.If people walk fast on the treadmill for less than 10 minutes,it is recommended to choose 0 incline for exercise, and choose 6 incline for exercise for 10 minutes or more. |
