| Nowadays,cardiovascular diseases are the leading cause of death,which have a serious impact on people’s health.Particularly,the term ‘sudden death’ is frequently mentioned and preparing for a fatal blow due to the fact that life pace has accelerated and the intensity of work has increased.Studies have shown that sudden cardiac death is symptomatic,and it is extremely significant to monitor the vital signs for preventing sudden cardiovascular diseases.From the end of last century,since the advantages of anti-electromagnetic interference,high sensitivity,small size and low cost,optical fiber sensors have gradually showed up.After development and improvement,the situation of optical fiber sensors entering the field of medical monitoring cannot be stopped.In the thesis,based on the typical strain sensor-fiber Bragg grating(FBG),pulse monitoring systems based on wire is designed,which overcomes the defects of excessive clutter and pulse wave with up and down fluctuation during direct monitoring.The error of the system in monitoring the pulse rate is within ±3 bpm,which is less than the error of direct monitoring ±3 bpm,and the collected pulse wave feature points have good repeatability.Compared with the pulse rates monitored by the medical pulse meter,the Pearson correlation coefficient of the pulse rate signal measured by the system exceeds 0.9,showing a certain correlation,which proves that the system has better accuracy and stability.A pulse wave monitoring system based on U-shaped fixture is also designed to overcome the shortcoming of the small amplitude of the pulse wave signal during wire monitoring.The error of the system in measuring pulse rate is less than ±3 bpm,and the collected pulse wave feature points have good repeatability.Compared with the pulse rate measured by the medical pulse meter,the Pearson correlation coefficient of the pulse rate signal measured by the system exceeds 0.97,which is a strong correlation.It is proved that this system has good accuracy and stability.In addition,the thesis has also designed a pulse monitoring system based on the Fabry-Perot structure.Compared with the pulse rates monitored by the medical pulse meter,the correlations of the pulse rate signal monitored by the system also exceed0.9,which means a certain correlation. |
