| With the introduction of intelligent technology, coal mine dispatching and monitoring tasks need to be completed in complex human-machine interaction system, and operators in coal mine dispatching room need to obtain information from large screen and computer display terminal to complete tasks, which requires operators to memorize and analyze complex information within a certain period of time, and quickly respond to all kinds of dangerous alarms or abnormal data. The cognition and operation tasks carried out by operators in coal mine dispatching room all involve the working memory of operators, and related research shows that emotion is one of the important factors affecting the performance of working memory. Therefore, this paper studies the influence of emotion of operators in coal mine dispatching room on the performance of working memory, and provides reference opinions for coal mine enterprises to manage the emotion of operators. In this paper, the positive or negative emotions of operators have been induced by the method of picture emotion induction, and the EEG experiment of 2(emotional state:positive/negative)× 2(task type;speech/space)× 2(memory load:low/high)has been conducted by using the N-back experimental paradigm, and the performance data of working memory tasks of coal mine dispatching room operators have been collected. On this basis, through descriptive statistical an alysis of behavioral task data and event-related potential data, repeated analysis of measurement variance and paired sample T-test,the results showed that the correct rate and reaction time of operators’ tasks in positive emotions were higher than those in negative emotions. In the tasks of low-load verbal working memory,high-load verbal working memory and low-load spatial working memory, the amplitude of P300 component in positive emotion was higher than that in negative emotion, while in the tasks of high-load spatial working memory, there was no significant difference in P300 component amplitude in different emotions. Then the following conclusions were drawn:Emotion had an important influence on the cognitive processing process and working memory performance of operators;Operators would consume more cognitive resources in a positive mood, and when they increased their task response, they would improve their task accuracy; However, under negative emotions, because of avoidance effect, less cognitive resources would be consumed, and when task reaction was reduced, the correct rate of tasks would be reduced; In language working memory tasks and low-load working memory tasks, positive emotions were more helpful for operators to think about tasks and make correct judgments and choices.According to the research conclusion, this paper puts forward the corresponding emotional management scheme for the dispatching room operators of coal mine enterprises, including establishing the pre-job emotional monitoring files of operators, helping the operators to adjust their emotions at work, and perfecting the emotional investigation of operators, etc.,so as to help coal mine enterprises manage the emotions of dispatching room operators, improve the working efficiency of operators and reduce human errors. |
